emylia, 23 May 2016I cann't turn on my wifi..when turn on, its "activating" th... moremine has the same problem, try to turn off the phone the remove the battery for a while. after turn on the phone again wait a few hours don't do anything with the wifi button, it help for my phone. if it doesn't help for yours try to reset setting first

its a good phone, clear voice sound, good camera, but you can't download apps from Google store other than the pre installed but you can still download apps from the which are not of Google store by directing the download to your SD card

How to manage Insufficient... moreit's because the internal memory is only 4gb while the ram is 1gb more than usual 512mb for most phone with 4gb of internal memory but anyway you can download more apps by directing it to your SD card storage but it should not be apps from Google store because you can't download apps from Google store to SD card, its only can be done with apps from other than Google store

I purchased an vivo y27L phone. Which is the worst phone ever.
it always hangs while working. Doesn't play games and get heat up while working.
please don't purchase this phone.
service provider also doesn't help you at rectify these problems.
my humble request is that please don't buy this shit products.
