Mack, 15 Dec 2017Vivo y69 is a great phone with some gaming specs but i enco... moreDo you use your phone while plugged in? If you do, that's a main reason why motherboard on cellphones break. I wouldn't use it while plugged in, especially when you're doing streaming or downloaded videos.

Manas, 13 Nov 2017J7 nxt or j7 prime J7 prime was fast charging unlike this vivo y69.
And j7 prime takes up to 22hours of usage before the battery drains

Avinash, 26 Oct 2017Ahhh i don't know this problem is happening with any other ... moreFirst ensure that the contacts in your google accounts are correct and almost upto the mark. Then import the same and save it as a back up at some location.
On your phone - Open Settings - Contacts. Select Contacts on phone, sim1, sim2 if applicable - one by one. Then go to contacts, edit, select all and delete all . Repeat step for phone, sim1,sim 2 if applicable. This is assuming all / almost all contacts are available on your gmail contacts.
Then select only gmail contacts. The problem should be resolved. Do not activate sync accounts by default.
