Ihave a lot of issue with my vivo y71 i just bought it 2 months ago by a friend. a week after i purchase its starting to hang and everytime i open my application it makes me annoyed because it doenst open imediately most especially with the game well i have only 1 downloaded game in my phone and the most terible thing is that it closes without pressing the power botton ...and im really dissapointed with this brand sorry for the word but i really am seriously

has syn contacts to gmail problem ,need to reboot the phone only syn one number,i very not understand ) Cant move apps to sd card,Camera quality not stable ,sometimes good ,sometimes bad on outdoor, bad camera taking indoor like in shopping central

problem with the phone is it heats up immediately specially if you are playing games, and in retail stores, there is no freebies included for headset. You need to buy your own, which I found inconvenient.

The phone is light weight and stylish.Camera is not satisfying....plus there is no visibility of the screen due to proximity sensor. You will find difficulty in playing games like PUBG where we play in landscape mode.

vivo y71 was a decent phone but has many problems like melted charging port, low internal storage, hanging up, low quality camera, overpriced. and poor plastic frame that easily scratched. I regret buying this phone. I should buy other brand than this crap.

I will give this phone a rating of 0.5/5 because it is an over-rated and overpriced product. While a better processor ,more RAM and more internal storage is available for the same price from manufactures like redmi, its low internal storage is a big concern. Of the 16GB, only 8-9GB is available and the OS takes half of the space. Further, downloaded apps can't be transferred to the SD card or SD card can't be used as default storage as it uses Android 8.1. Thus there is only 4-5 GB internal space where apps can be installed which fills up in no time, proving this device to be a total waste of money. The higher price can be attributed to the higher rates of commission (12-14%) as compared to those of mi(6-8%) which the retailers get for selling this over-rated but useless product. Hence these retailers push for the sales of Vivo phones to unaware people through its so called high quality camera gimmick. Better not to buy this product as it gives poor value for money.

I've made a incorrect comment in the last post that FunTouch OS 4.0 do not allow making SD Card into internal storage, which this is a false fact. The reason FunTouch OS cannot do that is because Android 8.0/8.1 has withdrawn this function.
