my problem is this vk 4000 read only mjp video and it 'n read the 3jp .how i can change the 3jp to mjp system

Basically download your mp3s using a bluetooth dongle which can be bought from Argos etc for 9.99 and use the object push option as that seems to be the only option open - it doesn't do file transfer. Other than that get a micro sd card and put them on there. Also the bluetooth works, but on normal phones you can search for people to add to your devices list but with VK4000 you can only find someone if you are trying to send something ie go to a photo and send it via bluetooth (that's when the phone searches for phones near) so that's a bad point. Other than that it's a great phone with a really good music player through the ear phones.

I got the silver one yesterday and i think its brill but when you take a vid theres no sound is there suposed to be no sound?

ive had this phone for a week and i think its a great phone but how do i get mp3 songs onto it from my pc or other things some one please contact me on my email adress wich is kayleigh_325@msn.com
please help and also does the bluetooth actually work cos the people on here are saying that it doesnt and its making me nervous. please reply (someone who can help!)

vk 4000 is soooo easy to use, for all the ppl who have yet to get the computer sync bit its easy. best way is get a bluetooth dongle off ebay they cost peanuts if you look you can get 1 with software thats straightforward, mine had a link to loads of free stuff. if you want to get a card remember its micro sd not mini they DO work different! again i got 1 with a usb reader free so i can transfer reall quick.Bluetooth works best on these if you let the other person start searching first.

hi everyone,
well where to begin its christmas day and ive been given this phone for xmas buy my parents and i thought wow this phone has everything that i need bluetooth mp3player, camera and video camera lol. it even says that i get a whole month of free virgin bites (internet) great. wrong although i had brought a micro sd card it didnt fit so no computer connection theres no sound on the video theres also no way to record tracks, havent properly tried the bluetooth dosent appear to work and after goin on the virgin bites once it now wont let me on again saying its full of memory and also wont let me play the game has any one else had these problems or have any idea how to solve them please email me thanx xx

Does anyone know the Bluetooth fersion on this handset, if its V1.2 that would explain why the bluetooth dont work.

The phone is great value for money, and is fine apart from the bluetooth searching, and also I can't set my wallpaper to any photo's i have taken- they only go to the aquarium screen. Anyone else had this problem?

you can buy memory cards here www.madphonesltd.co.uk if there not listed on the site at the time of you looking try ringing they can get everything and cheap.

you can get a memory card from my memory.co.uk it has to be a micro sd as i have 1 this fone is quite good i would recommend but there is no ic for video rcodin so theres a problem apart from that its a good fone i think ive had it for 4 months now and im quite satisfied if any 1 has questions just email me

im going to call virgin mobile and ask about the video recording sound and bluetooth not conecting only to other Vk phones xx
would this be a good phone for me? Im 13 and want it 4 christmas.
