i got the pink version of this phone and it was a big mistake! mine keeps cutting out everytime i go onto inbox!!

My daughter had the vk530 for her birthday in may, now on her 3rd phone still can`t receive mms. Please help a frustrated dad from getting txt after txt. can you send another pic dad please.

I also have the pink VK530 and am now on my 3rd since May. The first would not hold its charge for more than 24 hours but the shop refused to just change the battery and as they had no more in stock I got my money back, the 2nd(I know, why did I buy another the same!!!) would not send or receive mms and now the 3rd(got last Sunday will send but not receive). I feel as if I have my own personal assistant at the vodaphone shop, he is completely lost and like me feels like chucking the phone. After reading all the above comments I`m taking it back asap!!!

No its ok now because i realised that tyhe phone wasnt on afterall i just forgot to charge it!!!

I'm a triplet, and I got the pink one. My other sisters got the blue and the purple. We think this phone rocks! It's got a camera (it's not terribly good, but we bought a PHONE not a CAMERA). My phone hasn't creaked or freezed at all! It's super! I love it. I recommend this phone to anyone! It's GREAT. I love it. I'd had a Nokia phone before, and now everyone always stops to compliment me on what a pretty phone it is.

i has the phone without the camera and it is rubbish and i can't fix it the screen broke after 4months of havin it it just blanked out and i was always very careful with it!

ive just brought the vk530 in lush pink, ive wanted it since it came out so far no problems, but reading all the other posts and seeing all the posts about how "poop" it is im worryed if ive made a bad choice?
i think im going to put it on a weeks trial!
as i am uptown wed so if its crud il take it back

bought this phone in feb this year, and have had nothing but problems with it since. the phone will not keep a charge and runs out in less than 24 hrs. took it back to vodafone and they have twice replaced the battery, with no effect on the time it keeps its charge. my phone is now away for repair, was told by vodafone it would be back in 7 days, i'm still waiting 17 days later as they have sent back a different colour. vodafone dont want to know your problems. my advice.... steer clear of this phone.

ive had two in one wk and im so angry that they are still selling it when it doesnt work!!!!! dont waste your money on it, or you could just use the mirror that works!!

This was the first phone I'd ever chosen on a contract and caused me nothing but a headache. It switches off as it chooses, can't open messages and has left me stranded with my daughter as it wouldn't turn on.

i have the pink vk530 and i loved showing it off as it was pink and cute but all it caused me was hassle it swited on &off when it like and froze all the time i was very disapointed so i returened it for a full refund ;o{ very unhappy!!!!!!!!!

Hello Everybody,
i got this fone for my b'day from my mum and i love it so much but i cannot recieve photo messages, it just says connecting then FAIL. Help me! I have had to charge it a few times aswell and i have only had it since Wednesday and i don't really no what to do. Please help.

i found the phone very disapointing. it looks nice from the outside but it doesnt work very well. it turns itself off all the time and if i try to read my messages it restarts itself. Also, its hard to get a good signal and only sends the first part of a message if its more than one txt long. I know of other people who have the same phone and have the same problems also. one good thing is the camera is ok and the video function works fine for me.:)

i gt my vk for my bday in july i havnt had any probs atall my cuz has the same one and her battery keeps fallin off.jst wundern if any1 no's how to receive ringtones????

I love my red VK 207i but am having problems with it. in the middle of texting it sometimes deletes what I have written and I need to turn phone off then on again. After that it sometimes freezes and will not let me do anything, including turn it off or it says emergency only can anybody tell me why this happens please?

My VK530 has very bad signal all the time and when you press the OK button switches its seif off. I ta slo keeps saying sos and i cant read my messages wwhen they come through as it turns itself of. I though it would of been better than that i may look cute from the outside but inside theres nothink to it i was really dissapointed. Vodafone itself have been terrible they dont want to know and if you try to take it back they dont let you. You cant download things it doesnt let you and you cant have vibrate and ring at the same time which is a bit crap. The camera is crap to its very blurred and not clear at all. Sorry to salg it off so much but i think this phone belongs i the bin
