Hi you have to hold the turn on botton.on the side next to the volume.. for a few seconds maybe more then it will reboot.Also i found out that if you dont remove stuff that you have been looking at it will drain battery.t do that push the square button and swipe off .

This phone is dreadful, I'm going to bin it and spend a bit more money buying a proper brand. I have to restart it several times during the day, it's sooooooooooooooo slow and sluggish, freezes far too often, doesn't respond to commands, basically useless. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE, SERIOUSLY. You'll be so frustrated with it

i can't figure out if there is any proximity sensor, i don t see any option about it, and it doesn't turn off the screen when i reach it to my ear.

Got a new VodaSmartPrime 6 yesterday, Can't get my existing sim card inserted, The slot is not big enough to take it . Do I need a smaller or Micro Sim card. Please advise

The battery is worse than crap. You have like 2 thirds left on it in the morning, by late afternoon it's almost dead. Do ridiculous. I have to recharge it practically every day. Phone's great, it's just the rubbish battery.
