I have just bought a Smart Prime 6. There was no instruction leaflet supplied with it. When I asked Vodafone customer services how I could get information on how to use the phone and its features I was referred to a list of specifications. This does not tell me how the various features work. I am not pleaed with Vodafone. This phone was recommended to me by Vodafone shop staff but it seems I have a phone I cannot use until someone shows me or tells me how to use it. eg I can use the keyboard to type the letters but not the numbers. What do I do? Help !

I tested the GPS receiver and to my surprise the usual American satellites for the Russian and Chinese satellites use!
Before it was the Samsung Galaxy S7500, known only to the US system.
Very quickly retrieving satellites in about 10-15 seconds, !!! If I'm building you can also find satellites where Samsung is not found !! The S7500 searches for the satellite if kb.0,5-1 minutes before the net was a clarification in order to coordinate if you can not even 10 minutes.

Anonymous, 09 May 2015Can't lock the screen with pin code or password and you can... moreHi,
I was able to put a pin onto the phone going thru the security setting!!
1) Go into SECURITY, under Screen security lock it says PIN,
tap that
2) It then brings up numbers and asks to confirm your PIN, which you put in what you want, thens asks you to confirm that number, then when you have done this it brings you out into the choose lock screen,
3)that screen says None at the top,tap that and it will say none because you have now turned it off so tap it again and it once again asks you how you want to unlock screen, by either pin, pattern or password. If I can do it, anyone can!!!!!

I just got one of these... I'm very satisfied when it comes to performance/battery/quality...but I've got a little problem, it's heating like hell and i'm affraid to not be a problem with my model only .. DU Battery Saver "said" one time after I played Real Racing 3 that the phone was at 58* C :-? it's that normal? I mean, everyone has this thing or it's just my device and I should go to warranty to make some test's ?
