Anonymous, 15 Jun 2019Hi. Is it easy to change the battery myself?This is one of the phones that is the most difficult for changing the battery. I asked many phone shops and they all said it was too difficult for them, but then eventually I found a shop that was able to replace the battery. So you have to keep asking until you find someone that has the skill, but do not change it yourself as you may break the glass as it is so thin.

Hi please I just got this phone from someone and after I switch on the phone the phone will off by itself and on by itself repeatedly please what can i do what if I update the phone to version 6.0 will it come back to normal please urgent reply thanks

Vodafone NZ replaced their phones under the 24 month warranty. Isn't Vodafone 24 month warranty available worldwide?
