Husband and I both bought these phones this week and cannot view/download etc on PC/laptop. Can someone please explain this? Is this a fault (ours or phones?)? or is there something else we need to do instead?

The phone takes a sd card up 128gb.not 64gb.it works fine on my phone with no lag at all.

I use this phone for last week its good overall battery life amazing screen bright but only perblom I cannot connect to my computer and I canton use as WiFi hotspot
