Watch the vivo X70 series global launch event live here

The vivo X70 series arrived earlier this month in China, and we got a confirmation the lineup will also appear in India, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the UAE. There will be some changes in the hardware, most notably a new chipset for the X70 Pro.

The wait is over, and the official globall rollout will begin with an online event. It will be streamed live on YouTube and will begin at 12PM IST, which is 06:30 AM GMT/UTC.

The global variant of the vivo X70 Pro will bring a Dimensity 1200 chipset instead of an Exynos 1080, powering the Chinese variant. The gimbal system, introduced in earlier vivo X smartphones, will reach both the X70 Pro and X70 Pro+, with the latter having stabilization on all four camera sensors - a first in the smartphone world.

The vivo X70 Pro+ is also exciting because it will be the first vivo smartphone with the new in-house ISP called vivo V1. It handles image processing, viewfinder visualizations while also ensuring power efficiency.

Of course the most important details from the event will be pricing and availability for the new models.
