Our Photo and Video compare tools now feature real digicams

Ever wondered how the Nokia N8 compares to a Canon 5D MkII? Well, we just finished adding this and other juicy reference digicams to our photo and video compare tools so you can get a better idea how a certain phone or tablet pits against a real, full-time camera in terms of image quality.

As you guys know, here at GSMArena we're very fond of comparative testing. We like to pit one device against another (be it a phone, a camera, a tablet or else). We test performance, audio quality, camera quality, video quality and just about everything you can think of. It's a professional thing, we like to keep it informative, up-to-date and unbiased (within reason).

Mobile phones are really taking some of the digicam's bread and butter. The only ones that still stand their grounds are the professional DSLRs, or are they? Now you can verify that for yourselves. And yes, you will be surprised. Knock yourselves out!
