I know its not comparable with flagship panels but in my opinion its pretty decent and satisfying.

All NE version seem to have the Tainma display that is utter fuzzy. I haven't had such a bad display in a phone for more than 8 years.
I am baffled on how Xiaomi has done this!
Otherwise this is a really good phone, but the display makes it unusable! This is a shameless flop for them as a company!

This phone is the best in its price range for the regular users (not gamers). I'm very satisfied with cameras , beauty , light weight and great performance of this phone. Screen is a 10 bit amoled with vibrant colours and have no issues though it's a bit yellowish specially compared to ips panels . I'm planning to keep it at least for three years👌

I bought this phone in Novemer 2021 (EU), using it daily everyday ....Battery last 1 day so after work i plug it in (33Watt charger included in the box) so it chargs fast with no issues.
2022.03 i got the MIUI 13 Update with Android 12 and i musst say its faster and i really like the google ui now, I got the 8gb version with 128 gb its more that enought for this phone.. Camera has to be the best i have seen. Ultra wide pictueres are a little diasspoiment because if u zoom in less details u gonna see.. at the end of the day i am really happy with this phone i can reccomenden it to everyone who dont want to break the bank but also not to get a bad device. Have a dice day

Jemlim, 26 Feb 2022What do you mean by a52s 5g isn't better? It has OIS a... moreMost flagship and midrange phones now use only one camera for portrait which will be perfect than a depth sensor . Depth sensor are found in budget to midrange devices. Dual pixel sensors are found in top most flagship devices, which provides better image quality

I do not notice this issue on my Mi11 Lite 5G. Best you can do it is report to Xiaomi and see if you can get a replacement device!

It's better to submit the issue in feedback section in setting Maybe Xiaomi fixed it!

It is better to report this problem in the feedback section in the settings Maybe Xiaomi will fix it!

I bought this phone a couple of months ago, the performance is very good, and i love the camera and the design. I really wanna like the 10 bit amoled panel with Dolby vision support but I have a awful black crush issue. That's my only complain, I got the Android 12 update with MIUI 13 but still no fix.

CAnton, 15 Apr 2022Anybody else disappointed with the screen on this, and I... moreThe brightness is very high. It uses the same panel as 11 Lite 5g, which according to Gsmarena has 514 nits boosted to 846 nits max brightness. Don't know what you are talking about.

Anonymous, 26 Apr 2022Hello. What would be an alternative to missing LED notifica... moreI use "lift to wake", it is not what you asked for and it does not replace a notification light or an always on display but for me it is an ok alternative because I often use my phone just to check what time it is and that makes me check if I have any new messages often enough.
(I managed to disable MIUI optimizations using this guide, https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=8VRKQ6kRvgk , and then enable always on display, but the problem is that the clock... does not move at all on the display and that will probably cause screen burn-in, so I do not use it. Xiaomi could simply fix the always on display with a future software update )

Hello. What would be an alternative to missing LED notifications? There is Screen Lock notifications (Settings/Notification Effect) (Pulse: blue/red moving dots) but this is shown ONLY one time; it is not permanent until you unlock your screen. You have to unlock your screen to see whether you have some notifications (missed call, message,...). How to set a permanent notification while your screen is locked?
Thank you.

Who is facing whitening issues in some scenarios while taking pictures with this phone? My unit whitens pictures with both cameras and also sometimes it overexposes the background with the selfie camera unless you focus and manually reduce the exposure

I bought this phone 3 days ago, performance has been solid and so far no bugs in the UI. First thing that bothered me is the lack of notification light, and secondly the fingerprint sensor...Im not used to this side-mounted one so often my finger crosses that part and it's very fast to respond...changed my setting to "press" so its not a major dealbreaker but imo we should give up on side mounted sensor
