My battery drains very fast. especially wifi. when i look at batterystate i see that more than 82% is used by wifi. Does anyone recognised this and what can i do about this. i allready shut down wifi scanning.

I am still on MIUI 12.5
Should I upgrade to 13 or 14?
Or should I stay where I am?
I experience zero problems on 12.5 right now.
And my priority is smoothness

One more addition to the specs. According to Qualcomm, the DAC chip that comes with this processor is Aqstic WCD9385, capable of audio playback up to 32bit/384khz. Which gives this phone one more star or two in the audio quality department.

It's a good phone but the fingerprint/power button is bad. Water keeps leaking into it, letting fungus develop inside. I've had to replace the button twice in one year already. The problem doesnt seem to stop though. Keeps repeating.

Even the term "Black Crush" is not widely known I hardly found any website that actually explain how the Black Crush looks and how prominent it is in any of smartphone on the market.

Probably one of the most beautiful Xiaomi phone ever made with its light weight, thin design, almost symmetrical bezels and corner punch hole camera. Xiaomi 12 Lite and 13 Lite looks trash if compared to this. Xiaomi 13 almost perfect too but it have centered punch hole camera, which make it uglier than 11 Lite. Too bad this phone is brought down by its crappy screen. I actually planned to buy this before I know about the screen issue. I guess I will settle with Pixel 5.

I had this phone for a few months now. I like it, however, i have a tianma panel which is a bit blurry and looks kind-of pink

There's a telemacro camera sensor, unlike the newer devices with 2MP rubbish Macro. Xiaomi keeps cheapening out on something since 2021. Shame on you Xiaomi for the display fiasco! Other than that, this phone from 2021 supports Dual SIM Dual Standby on 5G, which is great. To GSMArena and other reviewers, please test out Black Crush too when reviewing phones.

DiscNots, 03 Apr 2023just updated from MIUI 14 14.0.2 and here's what I not... more1. Proximity sensor issues not resolved. When the call is received and you are answering by keeping near your ear, the phone either gets disconnected OR goes on mute/hold
2. Simple apps like Camera, Phone, WhatsApp and others get hanged without any specific reason/ heavy usage - frequently like once every 2 days
3. Camera, yes- not that great but manageable for casual photos
4. Security updates - have received 2 times in 8 months
5. Biggest minus point - Google dialer
Ideally, I prefer to avoid Xiaomi (my experience with Note 5 Pro - my old phone was excellent and bought this but still not go for any new Xiaomi phone)

Had this phone for over a year now, no problems with it. Very good phone with good processing power
