My battery on normal usage used to be 40-41.5 degrees. It was seriously massive drain. Don't remember what update was it. Probably the worst. But just recently the update 13.0.5.0 September Security patch got my temp back to 35 degrees. It's been months. I'm sure my battery was fried liver. Xiaomi please don't do inevitable patch update that raises battery temperature beyond. This phone is the best in it's category

Why does my 11t at 40% it will start to get laggy? Fore game n no game also glitchy

              Pros:
              good for gaming
              good for music (using tws)
              camera is definitely great
              battery lasts a day

              Cons:
no native call recorder, and apps from PS do not work
              sound loss during calls (sometimes)

Faisal Alfaruqi, 20 Aug 2022Don't use 120hz. Use 60hz.Nope, i get a new unit and everything are fine, no heating issues anymore. So the first unit was a defective. Trade your unit if anyone gets a same problem.

I bought my Xiaomi 11T this week and I noticed on 13.0.4 update (I think) has heating issue while playing on high settings like 3 to 4 games (Hyper Front) and it reached to 47°C.

Is it normal? My room temperature is good and I'm using electric fan only.

My experience with MIUI is uncomfortable. After a year with Mi 10T Pro, I feel like using a phone from an alien civilization since I also upgraded from a Mi A3 with Android One after 3 years (near pure Android OS experience which is great).

Custom Android skins like MIUI, One UI, and so on are designed to keep users accustomed to their brands. This is a deliberate deviation from the whole point of the original stock Android UI design, with the idea of simplifying user experience with good design.

However, if you don't mind all of these things and wanted extra features, then you can choose whatever you like.

I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I'm trying to switch from apple and looking at some midrange phones. I can't decide which one is better, I'm looking at:
                              - Real me 9 Pro +
                              -Xiaomi 11t

-Samsung A52s (I heard the finger sensor isn't as good)
                              Thanks for all the help.

Been using this phone for 1 week, so far so good, screen size is perfect for watching movies and playing games, battery can last the whole day with very fast charging so no worries, performance is great, i use to play Honkai Impact 3 and it can run the game on maximum settings without any issue, Camera is just okay, not bad but not good either, my iPhone SE 2020 can take pictures and video far better than the 11T camera

Overall this phone is still good to use for 2022 and probably can last another 2-3 years

The proximity sensor problem is real and still not fixed in latest miui 13 even after close to 1 year of mi 11T release.
Whatsapp frequently turns off loud speaker and screen when playing audio messages due to this bug.
It's very annoying for user who uses phone call and whatsapp regularly.
This phone has good specs on paper, but it can't even perform what a basic smart phone should do. It is a failure. Not recommended.
I would avoid future mi/redmi/poco phones until they bring back optical proximity sensors.
Note: Surprisingly, not many professional reviewer/blogger highlights the proximity sensor issue even though there are vast amount of complaints you could find on internet. I guess not every reviewer do reallyuse their review phones on daily basis. Should keep this in mind when reading phone reviews in future.

Hi everyone. İt's been 5 days i am using this phone and i can say it's quite good so far. İ had 0 issues except proximity sensor(which is every Xiaomi has). İ didn't play PUBG but other games are very smooth to play. I guess PUBG and relevant games will be ok with this phone. Charging is very fast and in 5 hour of daily usage costs %30 battery which is quite fine.

i am still using Android 11 and i am thinking to upgrade to android 12. Can you please comment your experiences with android 12 global version ? İ am very desperate to get ur comments for Android 12 global version. Thanks in advance.
