For the record, I am not particularly against/forward the 3.5mm jack. I just find the arguments used amusing, primarily the "lets talk about wireless" when in fact that these phones do have the 3.5mm jack option via the USB-C port.

And dongles/external DAC will always be inconvenient.To add to that battery-powered headphones freeze and stop working forever in the places i want to use them at.A 3.5mm will still be a major priority for many years to come.

You have to carry a dongle, so it's not very practical, because I need headphones for listen on PC or laptop and then I don't need a dongle. So, I have to carry a few of them in my pockets or in my car to be prepared fot any situation. That's not practical. BT headphones are good enough for common use, but there are some people wanting more.
If you people don't need a 3.5mm jack why are you so upset with other peoples wishes and opinions? I mean if you already don't care for that option? There are many things BT haedphones can't do like their grandpa 3.5mm jack can. BT are just not good enough for everything I need. It's not about damn money. Do you think there is no high profile expensive 3.5mm headphones or what? Some flagships do have a 3.5mm jack and if you don't need it that's cool. But why silencing people who want it?
I know this comment is pointless as there will always be some selfish egomaniacs thinking... "Hey, I don't need it, my friends don't need it, so why do you need it? Just close that door of the past and embrace the future and you are good to go."

LORD UDITHA, 01 Jan 2022Thank god , that's a pocket friendly smartphone.Yeah. Pity about the design of the camera module though. It is quite long so when i tried it my hand was always covering the bottom of the camera module. I expect this will affect quite a lot of people that don't have small hands. I think they should have gone less vertical with the camera module so this wouldn't happen.

Another big cost is is screen is more custom as no one else is ordering that screen, which also has a higher peak brightness.
I would say its worth 180.

It looks just like my Samsung S205G! Except the lenses of the rear camera! So nothing new about the design. Just a steal.... shame on you Xiaomi
