Kinda letdown considering the predecessor uses 780G, but Xiaomi had to use 778G for 12 Lite due to Qualcomm can't produce more 780G.
Xiaomi 12 Lite blockier design complete with blocky edges also a complete departure from rounded edges used in many previous Mi Lite design and current Xiaomi 12 design.
So far, nothing much can be complained about Xiaomi decision for Xiaomi 12 Lite.

I think, if you wanna go for battery, go for A53 since it has a bigger battery (with 5,000 mAh) but for camera and overall performance, go for 12 Lite even if it only has 4,300 mAh battery. You could also check Poco F4 since I've heard a lot of good reviews about it.

        Hello guys. I’ve been using iPhone 6 years ago. Now im using 12 mini but im kinda tired of iOS. After the updated the camera isn’t the same anymore, the battery on the mini is so poor, need to charge 2-3 times a day… i love the phone but i need to change. I don’t wanna spend a lot of money for phone anymore so i can’t choose which… need a good camera and good battery life. I was thinking about the galaxy A53 and this 12 Lite. Can you guys give me some your opinnion? I have an xiaomi watch and im very satisfied with it.

                          Can somebody give me a feedback about this phone's camera quality? is it really worth buying? Or can somebody suggest a mid range phone with good selfie camera, good display with 90Hz refresh rate? Please help. Thank you very much.

                            It's one of the worst successors in xiaomi's history.
                            I've expected sd 7 gen 1 not this normal sd778, even new commer nothing is using sd 778 plus.
                            What will be next for xiaomi?
                            Is it beginning of their fall or they will do a come back?
                            Or maybe i'm confused this year.

                              I like the Xiaomi 12 Lite but from my experience of using two consecutive Mi phones without headphone jack, I realized that I needed a headphone jack in a phone back. I also like to see Mi phones with Android One OS like the A series that I previously own.

I'... moreI'm using 11lite ne,prior to this i was using note 7pro and from my experience i would i would never recommend a xioami phone from this segment.....i was disappointed with the dialler was expecting mi dialler like that in the note 7 pro but i had overlooked it cuz in paper i was getting good specs but only now i realised i should have given weightage to software as I'm having terrible experience with miui the screen is awesome and brightness is useful but the new extra dim feature in Android 12 is missing in new miui 13...and this phone lacks a proximity sensor so for calls on handet speaker that's a 🤢.going on what about the ram management i there was days where i had to use other divices to just get an OTP entered, as by the time i read the OTP from sms and open the app to which the number ought to be entered ......it just gets reloaded .....🥺.and there are numberous other bugs in terms of network which i don't mind as a simple restarts could clear out....but these effect day today activities.dissapointed.

                                    Lite series always have SD cards.
                                    This phone doesn't have one. Disappointing failure of a device.

                                        There's a Xiaomi ad showing 2 led lights on the left and right side of the selfie cam (on the bezel) is it true? But nothing has been mentioned in the review here
