User of 12x for 2mo, 05 Feb 2023Jumped to 12x after using note 11 lite. And while the latte... moreI am the same user I used 12x for 2 months back then. Well the phone, 12x, lasted me maybe another 8 months and just went dead one day. With no signs - anything. Just brick dead. And because I got it from company which I had left at that time, I could not get warranty service. I brought it to phone service to be told that it is Motherboard issue and needs to be replaced for few hundred Eur. I skipped that and bought Poco X5 Pro for 129eur (happened to be promotion).
So I have brick dead 12x, which looks like brand new, slim, compact, nice, almost perfect when worked, but dead as deadmouse ..

Hello friends, I just bought the device. The adaptive refresh rate is not working properly. In the gsmarena review video, the screen was dropping to 60 when idle in the adaptive option, but it does not drop below 120 when I am in adaptive mode. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a solution? I am using version 1.0. 8.0 and there is no other update.

Anonymous, 22 Mar 2024Europe is not listed. I have bought my 12x from official Xiaomi store. The unit is CE certified (the sticker is still on the back of the phone) and it is running on hyperOS, meaning Europe is already on the liat for HyperOs

It is based on Android 13, although I personally expected 14. There is not a significant difference from the MUIU in UI, but the system itself is smoother and more reliable. The battery is "calm" now, and it lasts longer than before. I highly recommend this upgrade, at least for this 12x of ours

10w charger is a safe bet.

As for lagging, phone is still snappy as when I got it, so it could be that you have a faulty unit.
Try doing a factory reset, see if it will downgrade it to MIUI 13 and see if you are still having issues.

I owned this phone about a year ago, and it performed well. However, after some time, I sold it. Today, I bought another one based on my positive past experience. However, I'm noticing that the battery life is not satisfactory and it's lagging. Has anyone else experienced the same issue, or do I have a faulty unit? The current version is 14.0.5.
