Got the nex android 12 today on my X and April security update. Phone flies! Other in battery consumption went down to 8% from 20. So happy!

Bought one today, and i got android 12 with April security fix. Great phone all around. Im impressed with it.

Hari shankar debnath, 24 May 2022Is there any network connectivity issue?Some reviewer said ... moreIf you buy the Chinese rom version and use it globally there will be connectivity issues .There are always bugs with xiaomi new releases because the software testing stage is rushed.You can report the bugs, fix them your self, install a custom rom/kernal or just live with the bugs and hope the next update will fix them

I paid under £350 for mine.
Last time I looked you could get them for around £400, so not a whole lot more.

Nice size
Good display and camera
Excellent battery life
Cons:
Lack of privacy on calls
Mines on EEA software which is slow to update.
Double tap to wake is double double tap to wake 9 times out of 10
Its laggy sometimes, and the bottom right hand side of the screen is sometimes unresponsive.
It's possible that my unit and or software is in some way corrupted, but either way I'm a bit disappointed overall.

Could someone tell if 12-bit or 10-bit display is better than 8-bit in terms of color accuracy, etc? I owned Poco F3 currently and i wanted the best display phone for media mostly I watches anime only..is it going to better if i chose higher bit display? Ty..

11t pro means lifting a heavy brick against ... moreIn use the difference in weight between the 12X and one thats weighs 200g + is not that great in my opinion.
The nicest thing is the sub 70mm width, but it's definitely not a lightweight phone at 176g

11t pro means lifting a heavy brick against ur ears. Too heavy
Also 11t pro has 888 engine which drains battery very fast and also heatsup relatively.
12x has SD870 which is excellent plus extremely light weight to carry.
Only thing is 12x is just released with high price. Its price will drop soon

As there is no OIS or EIS in front camera. Shall my video calls be affected? As i have to do frequent video calling at my home thats why i am buying 5g device but lack of image stabilisation in front cam bothers me. Does it makes difference?
