Bett... moreHere in the Netherlands that's not the case, the S23 would set you back 895 euro's for the 128gb/8gb variant whereas the Xiaomi 13 costs 749 euro's for the 256/8gb variant and the extra year of software support is not enough to justify paying that much more, at least not objectively as there is always the matter of bias.
In terms of the software that I hear a lot of people complain about, the bloatware is fully deleted in just a minute and in the 3 years I've used MIUI I can't say I've ever come across any issues worth remembering.
On the flipside I also have nothing against OneUI, it's just a personal preference thing to me.

I got mistakenly the Chinese version instead of the global. I can't use it with my provider here in Canada. I tried to use it with wifi, and use camera....overall it is a good phone. It's not a perfect phone at all.
I like design. In my opinion, it's overpriced. I had before two times Xiaomi phones.
I would like to switch from the Chinese to the global version. Has anyone tried it? Any good link for downloads?
I prefer to keep the phone instead of reselling it.

Mswahili, 25 Apr 2023Liesthe only liar is you fanboy, i used miui every day for 5 years and it had infuriating issues like not being able to force stop an app unless the app is open(i could force stop an app even if it was closed on my old sony xperia e lol), lots of bloatware, apps in memory getting killed, not being able to use 5 GHz wifi unless i select a region that supports it, not getting more than 1 android update etc. absolutely ridiculous problems that ruin the user experience

Bett... moreThe 8/256GB Xiaomi 13 costs about 45K in our country, while the S23 costs about 55K for the 8/128GB, and about 60K for the 8/256GB model. So much price difference yet the 13 mostly has better specs and comes with some accessories right out of the box.

i can get this phone in my region for 650$, should i buy it ? i'm not a heavy user but idk about MIUI, a lot of people talk bad about it, is it really that BAD ?

Better software support, and better software experience.
If it were a couple hundred dollars cheaper than s23, wo ld have made sense but the specs are similar

It is a shame that only 1080p videos use the zoom camera. For 4k it uses the main camera with digital zoom. S23+ has the option for 3x zoom in 4k with the dedicated zoom camera with the same 10MP sensor.
What do you think will there be an update to get the zoom camera record 4k vids?
