2023 still remain USB2.0! Is time to go for usb3.0

    Been using Xiaomi 13 for 1 week.

    Camera has a very fine quality. Main Camera has some pretty good quality and pars with iPhone 13 Pro Max's Main Camera. Selfie Camera feels like an average phone camera but its kinda fine

    Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, man its a powerhouse. My phone maintained its temperature when I play heavy games like Genshin (Medium to High Graphics) and some MOBA games feel a lot more smoother than ever.

    Battery is fine with that 4500mah capacity and a 67W Charging Brick.

    Overall this pretty much pars with iPhone 14 Pro Max and Samsung S23 Ultra. Compared to its price here in PH, Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro is worth to buy.

        To all the people saying the selfie camera of the xiaomi 13 is really bad, this has been known from the many videos explaining that it exposes the highlight areas and it's just not good. Actually the low light photography of his phone hasn't been a success either. The specs are superb though from what it seems but why the low quality selfie cam and the gorilla glass 5? Too bad also that the 23+ doesn't have normal screen and PPI. Samsung just cheaped out big time here. Companies just let it slide easily despite the high cost

          I'm torn between Xiaomi 13 and Samsung s23. Was also considering the I[hone 14 but doesn't have AOD and telephoto... so it boils down to these 2. I prefer the minimalist design of the s23 but not so sure if the its too small? i like the wireless charging speed of the X13 and its slightly bigger screen estate but still a compact design but it doesn't have adaptive refresh rate? i'd like to hear your opinions. thanks

              It's a fabulous phone looking beautiful and modern with great hardware and cameras, BUT the global version is double the price of the Chinese one and it lacks most of the features of the chinese version of MIUI 14. I don't think this is gonna work for Xiaomi. 13Lite is half the price of 13 in it's global version. What is wrong with Xiaomi and the pricing of these phones?

                      I have had the Xiaomi 13 for 20 days.

                      The build quality is excellent, but I don't know why it used Gorilla Glass 5. I don't think it's because of the price reduction because the price of this phone is high.

                      The screen is great, I am completely satisfied.

                      The battery and charging are really good and sufficient.

                      Rear cameras are good.

                      My problem is the selfie camera of this device. The selfie camera is good in the main app of the device, but I don't know why it is so bad in video calls in WhatsApp and other apps.
                      It's a disaster in video calls, just like 100 euro phones, I swear it's very bad in video calls, I don't know why this phone is a flagship.
                      I hope Xiaomi can fix this problem with an update.

                      I have friends who have cheap Xiaomi phones and their selfie camera is great. I think Xiaomi can fix this problem with an update because the selfie camera in the main phone app is good..

                      This is my first phone from Xiaomi, I hope I won't regret it.

                          I have xiaomi 12 which has gorilla victus and Xiaomi 13 has gorilla 5. Also it's in the same price with galaxy s23 which has better cameras, especially selfie camera.

                            Imagine Samsung s23 rocking MI 13's 4500mah with their latest battery optimisation... It would have been heavenly but S23's battery is still awesome though so... We move

Let's leave the fact this phone is laugheable (for their 1000€ asking price, as at most it should be half than that) for a second. Let's talk about brands. Xiaomi is known as a mediocre quality but cheap brand. Given the fact now they ask the highest prices even in mid ranges (Redmi Note 12+ Pro 549€ in Europe lmao) we can remove the "cheap brand" tag but we have to leave the "mediocre quality" one as it's build problems, lacking hardware or software problems and bugs are still there. That 550€ Redmi or the 600€ Mi 13 Lite even come with Android 12 and in few months we'll have Xiaomi 14 lol.

                                      Yes, Oppo is much better as a brand than Xiaomi will ever dream of. Saying the opposite is showing you have 0 idea about what you're talking about and that your comments only come from the deep love you promised to Xiaomi.
