SkyFX, 24 May 20231000€? Pffffft!
First off, RAM is irrelevant on MIUI becau... moreI know you're likely gonna see me as a fanboy but a couple of things you stated are either BS or don't matter.
Unless you're mix and matching cables and chargers you should have zero issues with charging besides lower output and it just being non-ideal for battery longevity(then again this goes for basically any phone), I know I never had an issue and it doesn't make any logical sense that you would, besides unlike the ''top brands'' you get the ideal charger with the phone.
In terms of things not mattering, take that overclocked S23 series chip for example, it takes a couple of google searches to realise the overclocking helps you absolutely nothing.
USB2.0 is only a drawback for those specifically wanting to use the features of USB3.x which is an extremely small percentage of consumers, but yes for a 2023 flagship phone it should absolutely been here.
Aside from the selfie camera I really can't see how the cameras are ''badly inferior'' compared to it's competition apart from I guess the Pixel 7 Pro.
That being said I do agree MIUI is not fantastic but there are plenty of ways to work around it's faults.

1000€? Pffffft!
First off, RAM is irrelevant on MIUI because it's the worst skin/UI to multitask on. Just their international ROM alone uses 3gb RAM idle.
MIUI aggressively kills background apps even with battery saver off, with or without performance mode turned on, doesn't matter.
And with proprietary fast/turbo charging that requires Xiaomi charger/cable with a special "hook" pin on the cable and female "plate" on the charger, so you need both official cable and charger, which will give you issues with any other charger/cable and with powerbanks.
USB 2.0, badly inferior cameras, bad with updates especially outside China, and #1 bloated skin out there, with the worst OTG transfer speeds with no video out (USB 2.0) - Dirt cheap things to add isn't there, Xiaomi skimps out on everything they can and still asking flagship price (1000€+).
And they think they can compete against the top brands?
Their game turbo app (v4.0) removed the function to see GPU/CPU usage in MIUI 14, and replaced it with an FPS counter that measures FPS only in the app overlay and not the game. It will tell you it's 60/120 FPS all the time with "before" 30-40 FPS when you know, and can see nothing has changed in the game. It's almost like they degrade their phones over time on purpose to sell you a better phone.
Stay away from Xiaomi/MIUI. Yes the latest SoC is tempting, but not for 1000€. You can literally get a Samsung S23 for that price with an overclocked SD 8 Gen 2 (5.3% and 5.7% higher CPU and GPU clock speeds respectively) + game driver updates.

Very fast.
Battery in first days was...not good. But after a week after first use, i can say its great! and.. i talk a lot. use a LOT of VIBER and a lot of camera. part of my job.
Size: great! not to big, not to smaill. My last phone, LG V60 was great but it was big.
CONS:
1. Forget about third parity launchers! I was using Microsoft Launcher on my LG v60. but on MiUi, THEY dont allow gestures navigation with other launchers then MiUi. LG V60 had no such limitation. This one have and it will be not fixed. Thay want to FORCE you to use MiUi launcher.
2. ANDROID WIRELESS ANDROID AUTO - DOES NOT WORK! It's a software BUG. MiUi 14.07 - global version.

This phone is a total joke. Mi 9 won market because of its killing price : value ratio but this one is just on the same price level as Samsung or Google. Shorter longevity, buggy UI with ads, much worse support. And it's not just my writing here, I remember Mi 9 was being sold everywhere like sandwiches but this one is nowhere to be found, except few partner resellers.

Someone who needs a , 19 Apr 2023I like the phone But is it worth it? Cuz with the money ... moreI'm not the correct person to ask, I'm afraid. I am generally speaking not interessted in iphones due to IOS and not to mention the notches/pill-punches. The Iphone 14 Pro is more a competior for this Xiaomi 13. I would choose the Xiaomi due to larger display, smaller hole punch, better battery life and android over ios.

Hardek, 01 May 2023with new software updates there are many new features added... moreso if you don't really care about such things, then the 2 extra years are pretty much negligible.
