So, I've had this phone for almost a month now. I believe I can butt in with my opinions. First of all, I got this phone for way under it's market price just by trading my Xiaomi 13T in, ended up only paying 70€, so Superb deal here.
Since I've been using Xiaomi's since 2018 the software is just feels right at home, although the Global software it came with was a tad bit bloated for me, good thing the bootloader was unlocked already, so I flashed the xiaomi.eu rom on it.
So far, so good, this phone is the best camera phone I've used so far. Originally I had bought the 13T for it's camera, but was shortly disappointed after finding out the telephoto was just meant for portraits, and that it did a pretty poor job at night time.
In an unfortunate accident I had also damaged the frame of my 13T a bit too,so I was in a rush getting the phone out of my hands before it loses its value even further. This is where this 13 Pro I got a great deal came in play. I handed my 13T in to the importer and paid the equivalent of 70€ to them and walked out with a mint 13 Pro 12/256 Ceramic Black CN Version (Global OS pre-flashed).
First thing I noticed was, damn, the screen was actually less bright than the 13T's under sunlight but that's been not much of a problem for me as it still gets quite bright, just I miss the 2600 nits of the 13T a tiny bit.
Cameras and speakers is truly where this phone shines. As I mentioned before the camera of 13T was disappointing when it came to telephoto. This phone totally blew it out of the park, like I can get clean zooms at day using even the 30x zoom. The photos that come out of the main lens is also a tad bit brighter, but not much of a difference over the 13T. 13T's main was already one of the best in its segment when I got it. Also, the telephoto can take close up shots too, which are really fun if you love to take pictures of flowers like me. The ultrawide, even though I barely use it, can and will make some fun shots. I was absolutely disappointed with how tinny the 13T sounded but man 13 Pro has one of the best phone speakers I've ever heard. There's even bass that's clearly discernible. Love how dramatic Leica Authentic can get sometimes btw,but for most of my shots I use Vibrant with AI off.
Software is the usual MIUI experience but renamed, smooth, and even smoother with the EU rom that's based on Chinese ROM.
Aesthetics and form factor. This is one of the favorite parts about this phone. This phone just looks absolutely sleek and is an absolute joy to look at. I was worried it would be a tad big for me for it's screen, but I can use it comfortably with two hands. I also absolutely love how the camera island and back of the phone looks, and it was one of the reasons for me being drawn into this phone when it was out, too.
Overall, for only 70€ (+13T),this phone was -and still is- a really solid deal that really doesn't lack in any area, perhaps excluding the zoom range - but at a such form factor,it's forgivable, and the zoom from the 3.2x telephoto lens is still impressive.

Hi DuLe, after receiving my Xiaomi 14, I've now posted some comments on that page. So pleased that I got the 14 rather than the 13 Pro, as I wasn't keen on the curved front screen, and the added flexibility that you get with the camera AI that's not yet available on the 13 series is an added benefit.

I'm just a little concerned about the stories of fogging lenses on the 14, so fingers crossed. Ironically my earlier problems with the 13 Pro have meant that hopefully I'm going to end up with a better phone in the 14. Thanks to a flash sale by Xiaomi UK, I've actually bought the 14 for less than it cost me to buy the 13 Pro from China. It's always worth waiting for their flash sales. I was even tempted to go for the 14 Ultra which was available for £849, a fantastic price.
I'll let you know how the 14 goes next week.

Oedipus, 23 Jul 2024Hey Emre,I've got the same issue, but I got the phone ... moreHey Oedipus, I'm using the weekly too. I've formatted the phone but it's still the same. Keep in mind that it's still getting used to my usage pattern now (it's been 5 days), but tbh it should have been better till now - I don't think that it's related to the phone. I got this phone originally for my gf as she cracked her iPhone 14 Pro screen - but then I simply wanted to use the phone and sold my Nothing Phone 2. (regretting it!)
The Xiaomi 13 Pro is actually a great phone, but HyperOS destroys it. I'm gonna get the OnePlus 12 within 2 weeks and sell this Xiaomi.

My return of the phone to China is going through eBay at the moment, but I'm so disappointed that it didn't work. It was my ideal phone, especially for the Leica cameras. We're going to India in September for a month for my son's wedding, and I didn't want to be carrying around my bulky digital camera everywhere, so it seemed the perfect compromise.
Like you, I'm drawn to the 13T pro for the camera quality, but stocks are running low. I hope that I can get my refund soon before they're all gone. This time I'm buying a UK version through Amazon where there are no arguments about refunds if something is faulty.

Jonnymac , 25 Jul 2024Hi, thanks for your feedback. Yes, as I wanted the blue ver... moreYeah, thats what i think.. They sold you Chinese version phone and probably put modified Global ROM in it. I think if you are able to unlock it and flash official global frimeware it should be fine, if you still have that phone you should try that first, cause phone as phone is one of best too me. I think its a lot better than 13T Pro or F6 Pro. but if you still much switch and choose between these two i would go for 13T Pro as with F6 Pro you wont get any good cameras thats big disadvantage of Poco phones, they all get very poor and limited camera both hardware and software, and at the end while 13T Pro isnt upgrade to 13 Pro more like downgrade in some cases, its still very good phone, my father have it and he is very satisfied, but even camera is little bit better on 13 Pro and you get that 3.2x super macro posibility when with 13T Pro you get very limited only 2x optical zoom with no proper macro capabilities. But all in all still very good phone. If by some case camera isnt your priority and you barely using it then is only way to consider F6 Pro and it must be minimum 20% cheaper than 13T Pro too be worthy. Hope I helped you.

DuLe, 18 Jul 2024Where you bought it? So problem is, version you bought isnt... moreHi, thanks for your feedback. Yes, as I wanted the blue version I bought it from a seller in HK via eBay. Although the box was factory sealed I'm sure the problems are purely firmware rather than the hardware. Sold as a Global version, but everything I tried to use failed to work or crashed. I'm now going through the painful process of trying to return it when mobile phones are banned by couriers.
After many happy years with Poco F1 and F3, I'll still buy from Xiaomi, but this seemed to be my perfect phone. I should have remembered "Caveat emptor", but not sure whether to go for 13T Pro or F6 Pro. Any preferences?

Using a 128GB variant right now. It's a great phone, but its battery & CPU is overheating even after light use. Cools down quickly but it's still getting hot very often. Anyone here with the same issue?

On initial startup it automatically installed 1.0.7 firmware so I never got a chance to know whether that was the issue. The bugs weren't solely the touchscreen, but also the camera crashed, various apps wouldn't work, etc. Xiaomi customer support suggested a factory reset, but that only deleted my data, not the recent firmware updates. Unfortunately it changed nothing, so it's going home to China. Very disappointing as I could see it had great potential. I suppose the moral is that I should have bought a UK model.
Thanks for your suggestions.
