    Once a year or twice a year???
    For that case 2.0 is enough.
    For anything else you can use much faster wifi connection.

      For transfering few photos usb 2.0 is good enough.
      Most people transfer large files one a 2-6 months for that sake USB 2.0 ia great enough not needed faster and costlier speeds.

          With large files to transfer to your pc to video edit etc 4K videos will take an eternity...

                                Vivo X80 Pro zoom was pathetic, only 8MP.

                                    flagship whit a lot of internal memory and still using usb 2.0, if i want to do a backup on my computer maybe late a week to do it.
