According to this article, the Xiaomi 13 ultra is practically identical to the One plus 11, and both phones are made in China. Are these 2 companies affiliated with each other such as both having a common parent company?

Meanwhile Motorola - 125W with USB 3.2 and Dex-like mode...
Xiaomi's best offering can't even give 4k in front cam... But hey at least they finally moved on to USB 3.2
