i am happy to report that xiaomi made improvements to the 13t. i had one that would constantly drain battery, bug out and overheat for no reason which made me sell the phone, but i now have another one that i bought brand new for 219€ and this one barely gets warm even during benchmarks and the battery now holds charge much better, system stability has also overall been improved

SoraF, 26 Jan 2025It's 360€Actually with HyperOS 2 it's not worth it anymore. They removed the 5x6 grid option. Now you can have only 4x7 or 5x9 which is super tiny. It's the worst "OS" I have to use now. If it weren't for my PWM sensitivity I would switch to Samsung in a heartbeat..

SoraF, 26 Jan 2025It's 360€Xiaomi often offers deals on the newer one. It will be a bit more but with larger storage. I would look for that. If it was €300 I would say it's alright.

Glitz, 14 Jan 2025If you compared it with a3 of course this will looked good,... moreYou cannot compare a true flagship chip with a midrange chip. You might try compare midrange Snapdragon chip then the WiFi performance will differ. The other thing of course is the Mediatek chip, which due to it's cost, might use a inferior WiFi chip for their processor, which is same as iPhone case. In real usage, POCO F3 has much better WiFi 6 reception from the same high end WiFi router compared to iPhone of the similar generation.

The white pearl finish is nice to touch and the weight + thickness is just right. The physical fingerprint sensor is also way more reliable than 13t's under display sensor. Battery is almost the same but 13T is definitely worse when it's mobile only.

Glitz, 14 Jan 2025If you compared it with a3 of course this will looked good,... moreUpgrading from F3 as well. It's funny how battery life's literally the same. But my WiFi doesn't have any problem at all.
Btw F3 is a hot garbage just like x3 pro and M3.
Poco is a shitty brick compared to Xiaomi 🤣
F their build quality in particular.

The components feels like its cheaped out. I put it beside my old F3, the wifi bar is 3 for f3 vs barely 1 for this crap. The sensor is also not responding as fast as F3, it do not dim to minimum in a pitch black room as It need an extra step before it actually dims.
It's only a little bit over a year for me and this thing is kinda inconvenient to use. For day to day job it hinders me to operate at places that previously possible with F3, not that I can't operate at all but this thing is keep disconnecting and as a result the battery is also quick to drop.
