Do not buy this mobile If you are looking for gaming. I bought it for this very specific purpose after watching the bold claims and reviews of the Dimensity 9200 plus. I play Call of Duty mobile competitively and the performance of this phone is really poor. There are lots of lags, frame drops and frame mismatches which costs you your life in FPS Games. I had a Poco F3 before this and that still handles the game 10 times better than this. I have written to the Xiaomi Team and also given feedback in their services and feedback menu but there hasn't been any update or fix as of yet.

Research has shown that refresh rate stops being perceptible around 60Hz for most people. Some can perceive higher rates upto 90Hz, but beyond that it is the same despite some gamers believing that they can see it.
It is a more bragging that you can perceive and have hardware to support it rather than any practical use. 🙄

Shazzy, 30 Oct 2023I bought the Mi13T Pro about 2 weeks ago. I have noticed on... moreI bought the phone a week ago and I have observed the same issue. The battery drains way faster than any other Xiaomi phone that I have used before. I enabled Developper options to monitor the refresh rate. It seems that the dynamic refresh rate does not work correctly. On Default setting, the phone should drop the refresh rate from 120hz to 60hz within several seconds of not touching the screen. This does not happen on my phone and the screen stays on 120hz constantly except for AOD and Youtube. This is super annoying and is probably the cause for a faster battery drain. I have seen videos of people on YouTube that are reviewing the phone and on their side the dynamic refresh works ok dropping from 120hz to 60hz when idle. BtW the advertised 144hz are really hard to reach. Only some games are going to use this refresh rate. Don't be fooled, phone stays at 120 hz most of the time.

Shazzy, 30 Oct 2023I bought the Mi13T Pro about 2 weeks ago. I have noticed on... moreWell it could be a variety of things depending on how you use your device. I'll just list a few things I see off the bat from just the specs alone.
The screen is higher resolution and is brighter. The 13T Pro has about 27.6% more pixels than the Poco F3. The max brightness of the 13T Pro is 2600 nits while the max brightness of the Poco F3 is 1300 nits. No matter what it is you're doing, without a doubt the screen will use more power than older devices.
Improved camera. Better sensors also mean they consume more power when in use. The camera software may also be more advanced and require more computing power while the camera is in use.
Newer processor. The Dimensity 9200+ is more efficient than the Snapdragon 870, but it will only consume less power if you want to keep similar performance. What chip makers usually do with improvements in efficiency is turn it into improvement in performance. For example, if chip A has 30% improvement in efficiency over chip B, I can either keep chip A at the same performance as chip B and spend 30% less power to achieve the same performance, or I can scale up chip A so that I consume the same amount of power (or more) but get significantly more performance than chip B. Chip makers usually choose option B. For this reason, the TDP (not equal to real power draw, but it gives us an idea) of the 13T's Dimensity 9200+ is 8W while the Poco F3's Snapdragon 870 is 6 W. So if you doing intensive tasks like playing games, you will get better performance might use around 33% more power.
With all that, the battery capacity hasn't increased by enough to compensate. The 13T has a 5000 mAh battery while the Poco F3 has a 4520 mAh battery, an improvement of about 10%. This difference in capacity might not even make up for the increase in screen power consumption, which will be present when you do anything with your phone.

Strangely i have too much delay on car Bluetooth with AAC codec. It's ok with SBC codec but i can't make calls with that codec. Also there's no problem with Bluetooth earphones.
Plus that issue i have scrolling lag. 144 hz mode on but sometimes it hangs while scrolling. If i disable powerkeeper (Battery app) scrolling is gone but my battery drain increase. I get back Xiaomi after 1 year Realme GT 2 Pro experience but nothing changed still buggy ui :(

I bought the Mi13T Pro about 2 weeks ago. I have noticed one issue which is the battery drain is more than normal. Had a POCO F3 for almost 2.5 years and it still has less battery drain. Anyone else facing this issue?
PS: No extra setting like GPS or NFC or 144 Hz refresh rate is turned on on the device. Neither are apps running in background
