It's literally one of the most expensive devices available right now. In most countries it's more pricey than iphone, samsung lol. Xiaomi is good but not as good as you think. Iphone video is the best but picture quality it depends.... More like personal taste.

It has very limited compatibility with T-Mobile only on 5G B41 only and you can't make or receive calls over T-Mobile 5G.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra is the best smartphone camera system ever in an android platform. It's better photo and video quality than Vivo X100 Pro, Samsung S24 Ultra and even iPhone 15 Pro Max. This is the best camera system in a smartphone in Q1 and Q2 2024 in it's price ratio. It can even rival mirrorless camera with 1 inch sensor in terms of photo and video quality.

Location is not always active. My S21 ultra, with the same usage had at least 10 hours of battery life. And my old T10 pro at least 6-7 hours, after 3 years

Anonymous, 02 May 2024It's hard to determine what is "normal use".... more30 minutes calls, 30 minutes browsing, 4-5 photos, 15 minutes mail. On my 10 T Pro, after almost 3 years of use, 6-7 hours is the time of the battery with the same use as described . Used as described by you, the battery life is less then 4 hours . It's INSANE

For me it's camera, a lot of photos and videos, browsing the net, listening to spotify and so on... Ofcourse full brightness because I usually use my phone outside... For that kind of the usage yea it's pretty much normal.

K, 22 Apr 2024Overpriced for what it is, the camera is top side heavy and... moreYour very long comment sounds sooooo negative. As for camera quality “okay", I strongly disagree with you. The lenses are developed by Leica and are top notch and the camera is also tuned by Leica. I have made so many pictures with mine and the quality is outstanding and the camera is extremely versatile. I agree that this phone which is more of a mini camera with a 1” sensor is not for everybody with its huge lens. But if you like photography very much, then this phone is for you as it also has a photography kit which can give the phone a grip like a real camera. You can even screw filters on the lens.Besides, the pictures don't look like the usual smart phone HDR overprocessed and oversharpened pictures but as if they were taken with a real camera. For those that don't like the big lens, they can go for the regular Xiaomi 14 but then they will not get the 1 inch sensor but still a very good camera.
As for the HyperOs, it is very very smooth. As it is quite new, I am sure many updates will come soon. And let's be frank, some Os are simply too overloaded and complex for a phone.

Honestly go for the Xiaomi 14 ultra.. Right now this is the machine in The Game..I've did thorough research and the Xiaomi 14 ultra is a machine and you can't compare with many phones right now
