    860 euro is very cheap

      I phoned Xiaomi recently about the possibility of Ultrawide Panoramas on smartphones because its what I need most. You know what they said. Not on any of their phones. I try to understand why this is not available when all iPhones have it on their recent Ultrawides. Neither does Oppo, or Huawei, or Samsung or One Plus as far as I know. Weird or What?

            1499€ 16/512GB 5410 mAh battery. Again a smaller battery at a higher price in Europe?! As a long-time Xiaomi user, I can only say one thing: I've had enough. I'm sick of being offered products with weakened features and/or a higher price than elsewhere. This is not business policy, this is greed. Go home, Xiaomi. And the rest of you who do this. I don't need such global releases.

All the banking apps work... moreBecause it may happen that the device will not function properly (e.g. notifications are not displayed, there is no Google Assistant, eSIM, Android Auto, etc.), because the Chinese ROM only supports Chinese, English and possibly a few other languages, and - most importantly - because the warranty period for mobile phones purchased in China is only 1 year (2 years in the EU), and in the event of a defect covered by the Chinese warranty (which local services do not recognize), you have to send it by mail to China and wait a few months until they repair it and return it.

              But if you are okay with all that, go ahead.

                In fact, EVERY global brand (Oppo, Vivo, Sony, and Realme) should do this. See how many people are willing to import these devices with the boredom we have here in the States.

                    NeverPayOver1000eur, 27 Feb 2025What are the chances that Chinese version will properly giv... morei had mi 11 ultra, chinese HW global ROM , no problem with it but i can not active google wallet, i change the rom to chinese, google service is working great with google wallet, the problem that i had it is the notification for whatsapp, always late and must of the time when screen is off it not receive the messages, when i open the app, i receive the message, after search i found the solution by uninstall powerkeeper ( com.miui.powerkeeper ) and not every thing is grate and no problem search about it, you can uninstall it by ADB program Android Debug Bridge (adb)

My wife has had nothing but problems getting notifications on her Xiaomi 13 Ultra on western apps like Whatsapp, Signal, Telegram etc. Nothing, not even the FOSS versions with their own background services have worked. The battery optimisation is so aggressive that even after allowing everything as soon as the screen turns off, she can't get any notifications from anything other than standard SMS or phone calls... She has the Chinese stock ROM.

                                The actual focal length of the periscope is 92mm and not 100mm. If they'd had called it 4x zoom, I see nothing wrong with it. Why they're marketing it as 4.3x zoom is just disappointing.

Plus the global ROM I thought it doesn't work properly with the Chinese version because of the different modem (bands). Thanks for the info.

I see all the necessary bands that I need just like OnePlus provides! I could be wrong here but I don't think I have ever seen a Xiaomi phone actually made for the US????
