This phone has power to play every game there is with great graphics. Very good loud stereo speakers. It is a powerhouse. Waiting for JoyUi 12 aka MiUi to be released.

I am a new user of bs2. I'am so disappointed with the sound quality of this device. I think this is the slowest sound phone i've ever used. Even put to medium sound still slow. When put to highest it still slow to me and not good. Is there any way to make this phone speaker louder?

Ive been using this phone for 8 months now and so far had no problems with it. Its an affordable gaming phone and does the job. If you're looking for camera wise this phone does not suits you. it does have a big mp but the stabilization is very bad and i have to use google camera for better experience instead of built in camera app. For gaming experience, its good enough to use this phone as it has 12gb ram which is good enough to play ANY games at ultra graphic mode. The phone can take it. It really depends what kind of phone you are looking for.

if you play claw finger in PUBG mobile, this phone is not suitable. it has touch issue especially on screen under camera. I have report this issue to black shark but still no reply from them.

Xiaomi should fix the HDMI-out support, output does not fit all screen it get black borders. It works great on Galaxy s10, very bad with Black Shark 2 Global version. I am on Android 10 (June). I am stunned, here we got a 48mp camera without night mode, very bad decisions from Xiaomi. Fix it ASAP!

just have mine for about a week or two and still on anroid 9 global ver.mainly got this for pubg and got it with left and right gamepad.after reading most of the comments i decided to stay on pie even tho hated the bottom navi,prefer full scr gest like my past k20 pro and poco f1.but miui really sucks for gaming expecially pubg often force exit .glad bs2 on stock os playing any game no hassle.i love the miui don't miss understood me but nobody perfect right?p/s really love the the multicolor light effect on the back and side.if the back logo can use for noti same as side then its perfect!for now just as breathing light useless anyway haha..

The new JoyUI, based on MiUI, ruins the phone - the battery is being drained heavily (e.g.: 10-12% overnight WITHOUT battery saver active and 17% WITH battery saver turned on).
Previously (old, clean OS) I only lost up to 4% max...

Example if you replace the usb port and it doesn't work, the internal chip some where must be had a problem, anyway many mobile phone usb port came with board components, such as the Poco f1, it's easier just to buy that part.

I used this phone about 1 1/2 years already. I got problem with the charger port cause the hp can't charge. The warranty already expired. So i sent to hp repair shop. Already change them. Then They said the ic board again had a problem. The problem from the start is the charging port broken.how can the ic board have problem. Can you explain to me.

after a year... now bs2 had an update that made the joy ui just like miui and even better
the finger print sensor is blazing fast and accurate now
