Xiaomi is opening a store in London
Xiaomi is on a grand tour of Europe, opening stores in several countries. The latest is the UK with a store set to open in London.
A couple of days ago a redditor dug up a job posting for sales assistants and a store manager for a location in Westfield London (a large shopping center).
Today, @XiaomiUK tweeted its first tweet:

There are a few more tweets, one of which says you can win an invite to “a very special event” (the opening, perhaps?).
