    postnut, 02 Jan 2024possible reason for bootloop or any other power related iss... morei have the battery problem too, after using 20v charger, later i changed a battery... it broken again, then i use maximum 12v to charge, and no problem till now..

      possible reason for bootloop or any other power related issue is quality of the battery flex. I've done teardown for this phone before and has experienced bootloop/not charging/not booting despite being charged. maneuvering the battery flex by maneuvering the battery ""fixes" these issues only temporarily.
      quite unfortunate, its a decent phone otherwise.

            I experienced unexpected shutdown and resolved this by changing battery.

                Still very good in 2023 quite fast only thing is no more update to 14 stop at 13 android. What a pity.

                          Motherboard on this phone die after 2 year i bought poco f4 if even f4 has this problem i ll never buy those phones again very disappointed

                            I bought 2 of these models of Xiaomi from Bangladesh, it died after 3 yrs, I had to service and do CPU reballing then it survived then again now the battery is dead. but my Xiaomi Note 5 Pro is still working without any servicing. and from now they stopped the software updates, Xiaomi is decreasing it's quality day by day.

                                i have paid 300 euro for this phone and looks like it won`t get android 13 ? are kidding me? A51 already get that my next phone will not be a xiaomi for sure
