Ali, 17 Aug 2020Battery should be at least more than 5000 mAhPeople like to carry bricks on their pockets, don't they?

From an entry-level phone of $1,000 "flagship", XMi has achieved its initial marketing goal somewhat.

It's time the company is going to reap U and rip your pockets deep.

        Good call XMi .........

It is a very nice phone but still...is not Samsung
128GB 8GB RAM base variant looks like is  999$ instead of 650 EURO (770$) which is almost 20% more that it was previously announced.
Sorry Xiaomi, nice product but too expensive, not to mention the fact that you lied about the price. This is not professional!

I am really really tempted to try and get my hands on this phone but am still hesitant because of the high price (even though I do believe it to be worth it) and the fact that we might soon get a global version. How sure are we of this? How long do you guys think we will have to wait for something equivalent to become globally available? Are there any previous cases we can use as references, also price-wise (read sb said a potential global version would come with "flagship prices")?

cheevhe, 15 Aug 2020Woah thanks for clearing that up to me!Actually the Mi 10 Ultra's oled display from tcl( csot) has panel supporting 1B colors. While Oneplus and Oppo are using algorithms to achieve 1B color (not panel level). Hope this helps.

Ali, 17 Aug 2020Battery should be at least more than 5000 mAhBut the model would be too thick as a high-end phone

Hi. this phone is water resistant; but the ip rating test is too expensive. And you can remove ads easily in every system apps( less than 5mins for entire apps)
And u can also delete system apps that you don’t like them; just search the internet.

Its awesome of xiaomi to keep EIS in selfie camera as well as rear camera,Please keep this in all your flagship phones. But why did the change from 108 mp primary camera to 48 mp camera. Ultrawide angle lens is a awesome improvement(48 mp).

YUKI93, 17 Aug 20208K video recording from a 48MP sensor? God bless OmniVision... moreYes an Omnivision sensor, and from some reputable YouTube reviewers it's quite up there(or even better) with any other one... Just like its amazing TCL screen, instead of being fanboys of Samsung overpriced parts, gotta give props to a company that is trying to cut the price by reaching out to cheaper parts with the same exceptional quality not caring what some fanboys would think of that. The fact that they didn't go for dimension 1000+ shows that no matter how exceptional that chip is, it still didn't quite match the best of the best in their opinion. And the fact that you think a 48MP sensor can't shoot 8k video it's just clowny man, showing you're definitely not as bright as you think you are, it's simple maths, it's an 8000×6000 sensor, to shoot 7680×4320 video, do the maths. If you know anything about it, you should know it's even better, because instead of cropping a big parto of all the frames in a 64MP sensor, the video is basically shot across the whole sensor, making it capable of shooting much wider frames than it would shoot in a 64MP sensor. Get your knowledge straight before coming over here talking smack of a company that is trying to reach the 900$ for an Ultra phone instead of many other aiming each year closer to the 2000$ mark for something that in 3 years will be just an average device...
