I'll say this again but more politely.. Why do you think this is overpriced? Just think about what you are getting: a 1080p+ 144Hz IPS Display, Snapdragon 865, an amazing set of cameras, and more, yet a lot of you are saying this is trash when you just can't afford it. These are flagship features found on this phone at a lower cost. This is a FLAGSHIP KILLER. If you can't afford it, earn for it or get a better job or buy a much cheaper phone. You are nitpicking too much and there are even more options available. This is a great 5G phone at an acceptable price point.

Why do you always look for AMOLED? It isn't a deal-breaker at this price point. Choosing IPS LCD over AMOLED is cheaper. AMOLED is more difficult to produce after all.

mobilenckreader, 12 Oct 2020why this phone have ips lcd not amoledCOST. A 144Hz AMOLED is much more expensive than an IPS. You also don't get screen burn-in of AMOLEDs. A good choice if longevity and lower cost is what you want. There are more options from other brands if you want AMOLED.

Xiaomi kudos for this product. The thing is, you just can't please everyone. Xiaomi has released tons of phone to choose from... Ranging from 60 htz display to 90,120 and 144. From curved screen to flats, from punch holes to pop-ups, from 120€ to 700€..., Amoleds and LCDs... Inscreen fingerprint readers to side and back. 48 no to 64 and 108mp.. single and stereo speakers, multiple camera functions. All with headphone jacks and IR blasters. No one has the right to complain here. This was made for people with no interest in amoleds and telephoto cameras.
Even if u give someone everything, They'll still complain of the UI that it's not stock Android, bloatwares and ads... Come on. If u don't like this, check another phone. It's not the Police men that are selling these so no one's forcing this on you.

Luckily the screen in IPS im done with amoleds. Playing game for 4 months leaves the oled burnt like hell. Sow ait8ng for this one.

They just launched it here at my place around 2 days ago and they gonna sell it for 410€ only which is a very crazy deal imo. I might upgrade from my 4 year old Mi 6 to this or the pro version.

IMX 682 sensor for main camera isn't good for 500e, no Laser AF, no OIS, no telephoto or periscope camera and fixed focus on ultra wide camera. There are much better options in this price range.
