I take a 60Hz or 90Hz Amoled over a higher refresh rate LCD panel. This and its pro version should have had a telephoto lens.

Everyone just complain about the camera or the screen, but this phone is just not for that market! If you want better camera or screen, just choose other phone, you don't have to complain at here! This phone is for people who want powerful raw power phone but don't care about camera and AMOLED screen (I am this kind of person). Apparently most people don't realize the expensiveness of SD 865 and this phone is sold in unbelievable acceptable price. If you want full spec powerful phone with cheap price, why don't you do it by yourself.....

Less price, Amoled dispay, under display fingerprint, 3.5 mm jack.
But this one has good looking camera cutout, better battery and charging and 144hz refresh rate.

10t ultra is just for China and all the other crap from Xiaomi for rest of the world. Been purchasing for 4 years instead of Samsung note. Now back to note series coz of this bs from Xiaomi.

Sure, no 108MP camera, but the 3x optical zoom camera more than makes up for it. 120hz vs 144hz isn't much of a downgrade at all, and the AMOLED would turn out nicer. The battery on the Samsung is 500mAh smaller, though.

Why on earth do you think this is overpriced? Just think about what you are getting: a 1080p+ 144Hz IPS Display, Snapdragon 865, an amazing set of cameras, and more, yet a lot of you are saying this is trash when you just can't afford it. These are flagship features found on this phone at a lower cost. This is a FLAGSHIP KILLER. If you can't afford it, earn for it or get a better job or buy a much cheaper phone. You are nitpicking too much and there are even more options available. Use your brain!

I watched a few hands on videos on youtube and it looks like they are using the same low mid-range quality display =_= sad no flagship Ips in 2020. Actually I haven't seen a phone with a good Ips since the Xperia xz2. I might get the s20 FE this year

What is going on with the size and weight of Xiaomi's phones? All of the smartphones introduced in 2020 are huge and heavy behemoths. Many reviewers claim it is very hard to hold these phones for extended periods of time and they are very uncomfortable.
Both Oneplus (8/8T) and Samsung (S plus/S FE) have 180g flagships with SD 865 hardware, why not Xiaomi?

Overpriced garbage with no AMOLED(no AOD), no telephoto camera, no 3.5mm headphones jack and big punch hole instead of pop up camera. Xiaomi really flopped with this phone.

Honestly MIUI screws this phone up, if they release this phone with the Android One program, believe it would kick the sh*t out of the entire Pixel Lineup, IPS is better than AMOLED in a lot of scenarios, in my case for example, I live in a city where there's an average of 320 days with sun, you always have to watch out for sunburn if you have an amoled display, which is why I personally prefer IPS displays.
