AnonD-973296, 24 Jan 2021but dont they already waterproof the phone BEFORE getting s... moreProof and resistance are not the same thing, they certifiy the phones to be resistant under certain limits and thats all, people still manages to get those phones wet around the world, and he probably meant the rest of the not IP certified phones around, including "water resistant but not certified" phones, like the OnePlus 7 Pro iirc, that reviewers got wet even when they advertised it as resistant, just not certified.

I've read much about this phone, though I've not used Xiaomi before now.
Pls can the users put me through,
I want to know if this phone has Smart Things like in Samsung Galaxy phones where you can use the Smart Things App to connect with your TV or PC and view stuffs from your phone on the TV.
That's just what I want to fund out.

No matter what you're listening to, Bluetooth audio uses lossy compression because it's not fast enough to deliver 1500kbps of data. Not to mention the poor latency.
SD card slots are also awesome becasue you can keep your APPs on the internal storage and keep all your pictures, music, and other data on the card. Phone gets damaged enough to make it unusable? Chances are the SD card will survive. Upgrading your phone? Just move the card to a new phone. BOOM! You have everything, without messing around with downloading from the "cloud." Not every feature added to a phone is pro-consumer, and some are just plain stupid, such as 120Hz displays and audio playback beyond 16-bit/48khz.

aebob, 22 Jan 2021SD888 have heat issue.. lolany 800 series snapdragon chipset will have heating issues, they're performance oriented. i'd call you insane for thinking that an soc clocking near 3GHz would generate the same amount of heat as a typical mid range soc.
