Huh, as a recent skeptic of Xiaomi I've gotta admit this one really impressed me. Looks super nice. I'm so glad they've finally opted for a QHD panel, now it's a true flagship.
Also I appreciate that they continued the numbering scheme and didn't ditch it or skipped it to 20 like Samsung did. I like consistent naming schemes.
The only complaint is that there should've been a 512GB storage option, and they should've replaced the macro with a telephoto zoom lens. And perhaps any IP rating would've been great too.
But overall it's a respectable flagship.

Quite why people feel the need to comment so much in a derogatory fashion about something they have no interest in buying is beyond me.
I have no interest in Samsung phones, yet don't feel the need to slag them off at every opportunity.

They have to start put bands for water resistance like what oneplus did without ip rating this will make more sales without escalating the price

Camera setup is a joke for flagship handset. Mi 11 will be overshadowed by Mi 11 Pro and/or Mi 11 Ultra soon.

Rocky, 29 Dec 2020The camera module is not at par with other flagshipsIt's also not as expensive as other flagships. What really matters is the processing. Google proved that with their pixel line and Xiaomi's computational photography is getting better and better

2nd I've known Xiaomi for many years, they strive for excellence and best mobile OS.
3rd their phones are not geared for your average consumer. they build phones for users that know their phones.
4th personally screens are getting too big for me, i wish they would limit screen size to 6.5 in.
