then they changed the Mainboard now its working
if your phone is under warranty then you should move to service center

Ravi419, 02 Jul 2022Did fingers print working after replacement?yes it did actually. Buy a fingerprint sensor on aliexpress and do it yourself. Works good for me but still I would not buy this phone again for sure because it has a lot of issues..

Fingers print option and power button not working after updating.. Change to new fingers print sensor but fingers print option still missing.. only power button working.. Anyone had experience this.

Latest software update make the phone worst. Do not update to the newest software. No fingerprint, problematic power button.

Worst mi phone I ever bought. Numerous problems from day 1. Money wasted. Everyone is facing same problems. Freezes like hell every other day, fingerprint disappeared. Heated up in simple tasks. Call drops every other day. Camera lost it importance after every update. In short, lost the faith in xiomi. No more xiomi phone in my home home.

When i just open WhatsApp it is sometime got the bug as well. Some recommend me to factory reset but the problem would still happen after i done it

The phone loses fingerprint sensitivity, power button fails to work. A total waste of money. Don't buy.

Fingerprint sensor fails within months, returned it to the shop.
Thought I had a bad unit but google told me it is very common :(

This phone is plagued with issues... moreYes.Please don't buy this phone.I regret afre paying so much for a phonetge issues started popping up after 5 months itself.This phone has modem issues..When i put my sim in this I m always not reachable or call drops off very frequently .But with other phones at same place I don't have any issue.
Finger print not working now.
Power button is not working.Altogergerxan utter waster.Please think twice before buying this
