Is there a way to hide apps and access them later similar to how Poco (with Poco Launcher) and OnePlus with Oxygen OS implementation?
And is there a way to completely disable 1st-party apps and those annoying ads?

The Google bloatware can be disabled through an app called „Hidden Settings for MIUI“ (available on Google Play). I have it on my Mi 10 Lite 5G, as I also wanted to disable some stuff which I could’t do through the OS. It should also be compatible with the Mi 11 Lite 5G.

Impressions after 1 week.
Very light, I'm impressed. Mine came with a protective glass or foil, don't really know as it seems too thin for a glass.
It's fast but clearly not as S800 series which I had before.
It's not that cosy in hand as charging port is sharp, it's a bit uncomfortable on your resting finger.
Camera a bit oversaturated on auto, didn't expect that after reading reviews.
Lot of Google bloatware that cannot be uninstalled (Google 1, duo, assistant,
