Just received one from Amazon yesterday. The screen keeps freezing up on its own. Nothing you can do but have to reboot. After a dozen reboots, I finally updated the software to the current version. The problem still persists and I just finalized the set up. Wasted lots of time. I'm done. It's going back for sure.

I hate that,
after almost 8 months still the same black crash screen issue. Several updates have been done, but it looks like Xiaomi is trying to hide it from the UI instead of solving the problem (less dark, more light and fuzzier on the notification menu and animations) but still crushing for everything else, and it's worse in dark mode.
It does however offer good performance, good gaming performance, nice fps, nice camera (except in slow motion 920 fps which is horrible), isn't scorching during heavy use. But this black crush won't let you take full advantage of everything and is always present somewhere on the screen.

Hi is me again. The only one with the battery problem. Just upgraded to 13.0.2.0.
Still sucks. Same old bug in device control. Can feel UI slower. Battery problem still the same.
I probably going back to pixel phone.
Thereis really no point to push an update . If the improvement does not give much value to your users!

But it was not on the market at the moment I bought Mi 11 Lite 5G. I still own it and use it for car navigation (GPS issues occur sometimes with Google Maps, where map gets upside down while you drive). It seems to heat less after updates, and while charging, but battery life is still average. Not a bad phone, but I would not rely on it for day to day use, as I rely on my 13 Pro Max.

Already 10 month gone but I still wanna buy this xiaomi mi 11 lite 5g smartphone ....Before I wanna buy this phone I just wanna know honest Opinion, user experience about this phone......anybody can tell me which phone will be best option for buy from my list - 1. Xiaomi 11i 2. Xiaomi mi 11 lite 5g 3. Xiaomi 11 lite ne 5g ?????? 3 smartphone price almost same here in my country.....I know xiaomi mi 11 lite 5g and xiaomi 11 lite ne 5g both old phone ....but xiaomi 11 i new smartphone.....i just wanna buy a good smartphone for long time use that's why i need only honest Opinion.

It was due to the very high demand on the 5nm(Flagship chipsets) segment halting the production of the Snapdragon 780G which has less demand. It's the strongest upper midranger chipset but it's also the rarest xiaomi phone now.
