As for screen time, I don't agree with 6 hours, if people actually used it properly and did research you can go three days without charging it as long as it isn't glued to your face. MIUI update? haven't seen it or got it for that matter. Still on 12.5.7 and I was at Xiaomi yesterday getting a screen protector and they seemed in the dark about an update. As for price, yes, they have dropped the price, I paid 5299 RMB for the 12GB/256GB version and an additional 129 RMB for the Charger, but it did come with a rather nice Alcantara leather protective case.

USB C 2.1 is the latest which released 2 weeks ago and supports 1.5 times the speed of USB 3.2. Whether people like this phone or not, this phone is undeniably the best Flagship Phone in 2021. It even has a battery that only the ISS uses

Little info from China
On 6/18, price dropped to 4899 RMB (756 USD) for 8/256GB version. There's 15% sales tax included here.
User reviews on JD.com (often doctored) complain about battery drain (6 hours screen on time) and excessive heating. Camera usage drains the battery very fast.
MIUI 12.5.8.0 reduces the heating issue by downclocking the 888. Another update in August should allow users to select between balanced and performance mode

May be you should do your homework first before buying it from Europe or global markets.
Don't forget when S21 ultra came out it was almost the same price so please stop crying..
One more thing don't make any comments before having or even seeing the phone that's really pathetic..

This phone have same spec's with samsung s21 ultra yet more expensive. I'd really wonder what kind of dum***s throw this amount money for xiaomi's phone because samsung have better software, better brand & support and i'm not even samsung fans... In fact my first samsung phone is a72.

Had the original leather case from xiaomi but because of the camera bump you guys can tray nillkin that's more comfortable.

The... moreI have the same problem, I search for wallet flip cases, so I ended up ordering 10 pcs of the same in 2 different colors (2x5) on Alibaba, where I minimum had to buy 10 pcs lol.
So i will keep 2 pcs and try to sell rest of them 😁
I order 10 pcs panzerglass to, for the normal price of 2 pcs 👍🏻
But im sure in a couple of months there will be much more covers out there.
I remember I had the same problem with my Huawei Mate 20X some years ago and after a half a year or something, it was no longer a problem.

Usb speed via otp cable to another usb-3 device is up to 20 mb per sec. So it's USB 2 I guess

İ am wondering do you guys even own the phone or touched it ?before comparing to mediocre galaxy phones.
