Conclusion

At the end of our Mi 11X hands-on, we said that you probably don't need to bother with the Pro model.

Now, after having used the Mi 11X Pro extensively, we stand behind our opinion as long as you are not too fussy about the camera quality of your phone.

However, if you do enjoy taking a lot of photos, especially in low light, then the Mi 11X Pro is the one to go for in our opinion.

The difference between the two phones camera-wise is beyond the resolution quoted on paper; in fact, the resolution plays almost no role in choosing one over the other as they both essentially capture 12MP images. However, the quality of the images on the Pro model is far superior and we think it's one of the best camera experiences in this price segment.

As an all-around smartphone, both the Mi 11X smartphones are hard to beat but while the standard Mi 11X is the best value option, the Mi 11X Pro is our recommendation for photography enthusiasts. Having said that, if you do care a lot about photography, the older Mi 10T Pro is still the best option by far.
