customer care just keeps on closing the status of complaints not even bothered whether customer is satisfied or not and if you email to the support team they will keep on explaining you about their clauses and ploicies in short there is no help after you buy the product.

I have recently bought Redmi Note 3 from official site. The features were nice as I expected, but in another day it started getting warm. Also I selected 3 EMI payment option via HDFC CC card but It was transferred into 9 months EMI @ 14% interest rate. The bank staff told me that it was done by merchant account. I have been trying to reach at customer service but it is always busy. At last I am frustrated.
Please help me replace my set.

Mi.com made me wait for 16 days since I placed my order at mi.com. Now they are saying it can not be delivered due to some logistic reason!! They even asked me to place a fresh order. & by now the stock is over.This is how MI.com treats their customers!! It was my dream phone. I waited months for buying it. Thanks MI.com for breaking my dream...I request everyone,Think twice before placing any order at Mi.com...Their "outstanding" delivery service might disappoint you too!!

Worst service and very bad service experience with mi . Service centre executive is not cooperative. In my phone there just sign out problem in mi account but the company is not supportive it is very bullshit company . And I personally suggest anyone please don't get the any device of these company .

Xiaomi has the worst after sales services! Shameless customer services representatives. I observed many posts having same problem of frequent on-of & motherboards & then several months of service centre delays for repairing it. Kindly do not go for Xiami's product, it was my fault that i bought their device. Better to pay little extra and go for Samsung or some other reputed brand,here in Nigeria we are taking this company up with our consumer protection centre.u can not come to sell a phone that does not have a customer service units and expect us to pay 70% of the purchase price for repair of screen that its still under warranty.nooooooo

How em i gonna used 2nd space to my 2nd google acc.? I like 2nd spce feat. But i can't open my other acc. For gaming like coc, i activated 2nd space but when i was tryin to log in to my other acc. It was'nt askng to transfer..

But I noticed it drained from 27% to 25% within minutes and it keeps draining faster afterwards. Only got 3.5 hrs SOT when MIUI 7.5 still offered about 5-6 hrs. I regret ever updating to MIUI 8.
