Do I require a good-speed network to update MIUI /
If the downloading/updation is interrupted due to network issue , what happens ??

Initially thought of buying this phone but IT HAS NO SUPPORT TO "DEVICE ENCRYPTION". My office email will automatically encrypt the device when configuring the mail. This is the reason for not to buy the device.
FOLKS, just check it out in case you are buying this.

At bangalore i have been to xiaomi service center, it is operational and present, not aware of the other locations. Go for replacement.

my Mi3 was deliver to me on 16 aug, phone not reading sim card. complaint has been raise but thier is no proper reply from flipkart. once they call me told me to reset mobile. i had followed their instruction then also mobile not recogrnising sim. i tried with BSNL, Idea and vodaphone but same result occur. Friends plz dont purchase this mobile its look nice and its configrution also awesome but its just an attraction skim dont go for this mobile. their is no service center Xiaomi and flipkart has provided addresss of 2 service center in ahmedabad but both the places there were no service center. they are making us full. flipkart hving very complex complaint system their is no provision to talk to their backup team who actually solve the problem. you can take feed back from me on 09426718903
