AnonD-157510, 26 Jul 2014First of all -- i feel sorry for those who are longing for ... moreAgreed with most of your statement except charger provided by xiaomi is actually onpy 1amp which is why it took long time to charged, i use my 2amp Samsung or Xiaomi 10400mha power bank to charger & it charge much faster, as Mi3 can take 1.5amp charging so using higher capacity charger shorthen the charging time, don't worry on the capacity as mi3 would not damage using 2 amp charger as it will only take in 1.5 amp into the phone battery.

First of all -- i feel sorry for those who are longing for this mobile and couldnt get this on 22nd july... And for those who got their order cancelled and for some users who got defective handsets with some screen issues.
This review is purely based on the handset i recieved.
My review after 2 days of use.
Performance- i will give it 10/10 stars.. U will never experience a lag.. Highly optimised UI. Will fall in love with it once u are used to this MIUI.
Gaming- it can ofcourse run all the games and apps in the market as of now and even in future days coz it has one of the most fastest processor coupled with latest gpu. *note i dint experience any heating issues after the latest update even after playing graphics intensive games
Display- 9/10.. Its sooo sharp and crisp and beautiful.. Colorful.. No display leak or anything. Perfect. But when compared to samsung s5 u may feel it should be a little more brighter.
Camera-8/10. It ofcourse takes good pics in daylight. Images are clear. But the pics taken in night are a little bit noisy.. Thats y 8 stars.. But its good than anyother mobiles in this range.
Battery-8.5/10. As everyone knows it has a huge battery of 3050mah which can easily last for a day or two with normal usage. With heavy usage it will last for a day or mayb somewat less than that. I used the mobile yesterday in battery saver mode with full time wifi, almost full day whatsapp, many apps downloads, dowmloaded asphalt 8-1.42 gb, downloaded the latest rom-600mb and 1 hour gaming.. And ofcourse browsing.. And my battery lasted the entire day. But someone may expect more battery coz it has 3050 mah battery. But guys understand its pulling a full hd display All day with heavy use.
Speaker-7.5/10 the loud speaker is quiet good but not so loud enough. And the placing of the speaker is also uncomfortable for me.. But in the headsets the sound is awesome...
Design- (its my own opinion) i liked the design soo much. Its soo light in hands. So light weight for a 5 inch mobile with 3050mah battery. It has a beautiful finish. It dont look like some plastic chinese devices. U will feel like you are holding one of the best looking sony or nokia mobiles.
Call quality- call quality is clear.. No issues.. I dint experience and call drops or so..
Touch response- if anyone is saying that moto g has the best touch response then he should try xiaomi mi3 coz it is much much smoother than moto g. And far more sensitive. MIUI adds to it..
MIUI- actually i dint like the MIUI in the first look but now am fallling for it. So lovely. So snappy. Fluent. Wen connected to the computer- it has two options- u can share all files or ur photos alone . next it has reverse tethering option. Means u can use computers internet to this phone... I dont know its the feature of miui or latest android..
Charging- as far as the charging is concerned it charges slowly.. Even though they provided a 2amp output charger it takes 5 hours or so to charge it fully from 0-100%

There is no issues with sim or sim card slot but its delicate handle it with care. Use the pin provided with it and press a little harder to eject the sim slot..
There is no micro sd slot. 16gb internal storage out of which around 13.2gb is available for users. No separate partition for apps and datas. Everything is to be added and installed in 13gb. It comes with some preinstalled apps which can be uninstalled anyway.
It supports otg... I personally tested it. Works fine.
If anyone of u feel uncomfortable with MIUI u can install a third party launcher.. But MIUI offers so much u wont need any other launcher.
Service center-- still question mark. It has around 36 service center in india. But we are not sure about its service.
And the one thing am worried about is wen some of my friends ask me wat mobile is this looking awesome super touch da and so on i will start saying the specs. And finally i will say xiaomi mi3. They will piss me off by saying its a china piece a :-p .. But the general view of indian people on china phones will change with this. Or its future lauch
Its the review for the handset which i got... And the above mentioned rating is when i compare my phone with 35000 or above phones. But for 14000 i ll give it 10/10 stars or mayb if i can i ll give 20/10 stars coz for this price its something unbelievable.. Coz these phone makers have looked into each and every aspect of the phone to be perfect.

Anonymous, 26 Jul 2014they should have charged a little more but made it a DUA- S... moreIn my country is the other way around, not many want a due sim phone, as all telco can cover the entire country, since dual sim mean 1 with 3G & 1 only 2G, as all the telco have 3G, 4G & Data plan, so is kind of useless if one need to swap sim card to use 3G & data function, maybe only suitable for those countries with less development for telecommunications infrastructure or those who want to keep second number for "secret" call...rofl or those who need to cross border for work & business frequently, others find dual sim phone useless.

Mi3 has 2.3 GHz qualcom snapdragon 800
Please do not compare q3000 with mi3. Not of the same generation

they should have charged a little more but made it a DUA- SIM phone,because nobody prefers a single sim phone these days.
