And well talking about SAR VALUE, It's 1.1 , india and USA allows1.2 to be the upper limit. So no issues with that .

Got MI3 yesterday.. All ok but waves are appearing on screen when using camera.. Photos not upto the mark.. Slight waves also appearing on photos taken from camera.. Anyone facing similet issue? Is it a defective piece or camera is just like this only

I have set a pattern lock for mi3. But unable to drag it. after couple tries i made it. Any one having the same issue......?

Received Mi3 today at 11 am
Was lucky to get after so many tries
First impression ... Very Nice looking set. Good feel in the hands . nice sharp display. Every function working fine. Themes reminded me of cydia tweaks in apple which I use to like very much.
People are asking queries abt heating issues well . I don't see any difference as compared to Samsung,HTC high end ones
My verdict don't think twice .Go and get it. Why to waste money on high priced phones when u can get the best in this range. Nobody as far I know use there phones more than 2 years. And by that time ur high priced one will fetch u a quarter of its initial price. Be smart...

Received the phone today. No heating issues and no lags. No problem to open SIM tray. Airtel 3G and Bsnl broadband (through Wi-Fi modem/router could connect without problems. Took some time to get used to the UI. AV quality quite good. Highly satisfied.

It comes with SIM card tray for normal sim. I had micro sim which I was using in note 2. I had the remaking cutout of sim so I used a fevi quick and made is a normal sim.its working perfectly and no sim problem or call drops. You can definitely consider it. Pls don't believe in all negative reviews.you can do thorough research and decide yourself like I did.there are enough reviews there on you tube .

I recieved my Xiaomi Mi3 today. This is a quick review of the mobile.
I have a micromax canvas 2, htc desire 816, asus zenfone 5 8gb, samsung grand 2 in my house, so I am comparing Mi3 with all these mobiles.
Performance: The performance is smooth. Snapdragon 800 and 2 gb make sure the phone is lag free. It is very similar to htc with sense 6. Hard to tell any difference. As for the heating issue, it does heat a little bit during normal usage. I think it is common with all mobiles. Even the desire 816 gets heated when I use internet or play stick cricket for 10 mins.
Camera: The camera is good. Since I have been using desire 816 for quiet some time, I find that the htc is having a better camera than Mi 3. If this is your first phone with 13 MP camera, you will love it.
UI Customization: This is the best feature of the phone. I absolutely love this....awesome. You literally can change the UI look and functionality of the phone. There are a lot of themes for this mobile. All the needed apps like cleaner, security are inbuilt...so no need to download any thing extra.
Build & Looks: Phone is very well built. Does not squeak even if you press it hard. Screen is vibrant and the color reproduction is great. Viewing angles are amazing, better than desire 816 that I use. Speaker output is loud enough. I did not like the silver color....should have been darker grey. Others might like it.
I normally do not have time to play games, so skipping that part. Since its Snapdragon 800 with Adreno 330, it should play anything you through at it.
As per people who are unable to open the sim tray, try pushing the lock pin a bit harder it should open it up.
Over all very much impressed with this phone. Cant ask for anything more for 14000. Please don't go by those who have not used this phone and keep cribbing about it in every site. Some of them will complain if they get a LG G3 or Galaxy S5 at this price.
People who don't own this mobile or were unable to buy it, stop being jealous and stop writing negative reviews.

Forgot to mention it comes with 2map charger which is good in quality. Charger pin is normal pin not triangle ones...on box MRP written is 16900 but that's good that it is available for 13999..covers are availed on ebay but they are slightly expensive now..screen guard is not available in market but shopkeeper are using note 3 screen guard and modifying and putting for time being..costed me 100 rs..
