I think we should credit to all phone manufacturers who make this devices....to meet the competition...technology changes so fast ...there was days windows phone was not popular and now it is..you cannot compare apple to oranges..so if some one xiaomi just start using it with love...

It is 99% proved that the Screen is gorilla glass protected, though GSMARENA doesn't mention it.

SD , 22 Jul 2014I have heard Xiaomi Mi 3 heats up pretty fast.. I've been using Mi3 for two weeks now. Always connected to internet, playing a few games, checking Facebook, Viber, Instagram and Twitter. Yes it does heat because of the 2.3GHz processor and use of internet. But it is manageable. When it happens, i just kill the apps that i'm not using. That solves your heating problem. Native browser is also very fast. Eveb better than Chrome. Pictures are really good. Almost all my friends are surprised that a cheap China phone like this gives a good shot. Phone is also very light, you'll really be feeling the difference if you're an iphone or xperia z user. I recommend it if you're not 'wasting' money on phones. But if you have lots of, then iphone is still good. Hope this helps.

why u people thinking about such phn?
Those specification that cost 35k-40k is in 13k... Why? How can u sell gold @ price of silver?
But some other weakness.
Might be a cheap quality hardware.
If any fault is come. there is no service centre in most part of india.
Non removable battery
no memory slot.
Are Samsung sony n nokia are fool to give such feature in or abve 35k?
