Camera quality not good even it is 13 MP rear and also front is not good. On off side switch not work properly. When you listen music, humming sound also comes which disturbs the mood for listening good songs.

It is an awesome phone using since 8 months.must use..don't feel that it is chinese phone even though better than samsung and sony for this price range.!!

Worst Customer care and Service center. 54 days still they cant replace the product in warranty. Don't buy any Xiaomi Product save ur time and peace of mind.

love this phone. i have this for 7 mos and still loving it. looking forward for the xiaomi mi5 this august and i heard it comes with the new miui7!!! excited as shit!!!

Very Poor Customer Service. I have give my set 6 times but did not get my set o k . Touch Service is use less. I am very Fadeup with this. I never suggest to any body to purchase Xiaomi Mobile set.

I've been using this phone for the past 1 year. Apart from the lack of micro SD card, I have no complaints.
I've yet to break the screen but according to 3 of my friends who have this phone if you break the screen the digitizer stops working unlike Samsungs or Sonys. Fortunately, it only costs about US60 to replace where I live.
If you plan on getting one, so yourself a favor and install a tempered glass screen protector. It's a cheap investment costing only US10 that will save you more in the long run. I'm careless with my stuff - I've already cracked 2 screen protectors and am pretty sure the second one saved my display.

just want to share...have this phone 10 months already...i praise the durability...it fell from a 6-foot height and still OK! scratches from body but glass and system still OK! am i lucky or the phone is just great!
