I am writing this comment for Indians who are thinking of buying this phone.
First I will tell the SAR in EU(Xiaomi Mi-3 - 1.29).
The SAR values of other Xiaomi phones are given below.
Xiaomi MI2 - 1.37
Xiaomi Mi2A - 1.62
Xiaomi Mi2A - 1.37
Xiaomi Hongmi 1s - 1.42
Xiaomi Redmi Note - 1.39
From radiation point of view Xiaomi has high SAR value. Samsung has low SAR compared to this.

Cons.
1.Non - Removable Battery. (But battery is 3050 mAh and the 10400 power bank is expected to be below 1k, so no issues there)
2.Single Sim (Nexus 5, LG G2, HTC One HTC One(M8), HTC One Max Samsung Galaxy S5 and Sony Xperia Z2 does not have dual sim).
3.High SAR. (That is an issue!!!!)
4.No Pure OS. (MUI is more close to Apple's Interface, some guys wont like it tho)
5.No 4G. (4G is not yet popular in India)
6.No SD Card Slot (But it has OTG).
But compared to the rivals Xiaomi is giving the specs at a lower rate. But Indian users are mainly using dual sim phones. So I would suggest to buy Redemi Note (http://www.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_redmi_note-6217.php) or Redemi 1s (http://www.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_hongmi_1s-6373.php).
For people complaing about the SD card issue, mi3 has OTG support. Buy a dual Hybrid pendrive (http://www.flipkart.com/sandisk-ultra-dual-16-gb-on-the-go-pendrive/p/itmdsxg4ysurgdg3). Or buy an OTG cable and use your pendrive. Space is not an issue when u have OTG.

So we have to buy earphones, screen guard, case and power bank. Total cost will be 18k. If you want a dual sim, I strongly recommend not to buy this.

No SD card support (16 GB internal only, 13 GB available out of the box)
No user replaceable battery
And single SIM!!!
Plus, many reviews are complaining about poor support and POOR BATTERY, in spite of its claim of 3050mAh battery, either the phone is power hungry, or the battery is not up to the mark!!
And what is the SAR value of the phone?? I cannot find it!! They should disclose it.
