I'm buying Xiomi MI3 from China...
And I'm buying the nvidia processor... I just realized that the phone cannot be used in Indonesia..
Could I switch with the Qualcomm processor?
Because I cannot use for internet..
Hope Xiomi Corp can help me through this matter...

got 2 units of mi3 in ph... totally awesome phone, powerful soc, great display, loud speakers, fast camera, fully customizable, long battery life, and nothing beats the price.
although 16gb memory is kinda small for me but there's usb otg and micloud so its not a big deal anyway.

i got my mi3 last friday and i encountered a mal functions of the messaging when im sending message to my sim provider numders globe
like 8888 for a registration of their promo the msg was always failed .. how i can set the settings 4 this so that i dont bother inserting my sim to the other phone just to register their promo..??

No hope to Xiaomi again..
I send my Xiaomi 3 for screen repair on 21 June 2014. The repair cost is S$172 (exclude GST). The phone cost S$299 but the screen repair cost is 60% of the purchase price. Understand the repair cost is fixed but i just want to request for some discounts that the repair cost is really expensive.
But the Xiaomi girl (Hui) reply as below

Most will agree that th... moreNot sure about your country, but here in Malaysia is very easy to buy Screen protector both tempered glass as well as plastic type, casing plenty of choice, 4 official service centre, even Mikey, piston earphone r easily available, no problem at all.

Most will agree that the generous features of the xiaomi mi3 is definitely something that cannot be compared to a lower spec phone. Take for example the NFC feature. This is a feature that can only be found on high end phones. It offers instant wireless connection to a smart tv. Rarely will you see a 2gb memory, most are 1gb. And the processor that offers neck and neck competition with a samsung S4.
I am just impressed with how they market this product! Now the real question there is the after sales product support. How will you seek warranty support for hardware problems specially for out of China purchase? And simple accessories as a phone cover or screen protector. Not all local merchants will readily have those.It is definitely a risk to purchase this wonderful smart phone. I myself is stuck on purchasing a local available brand and xiaomi mi3.

This was sold out in the Philippines in about an Hour for $240. It is really an amazing phone, super fast and smooth like the Galaxy S5 with a cheaper price.
