It`s ok now.. I was able to download using wi-fi anyway..thanks a lot for your advise..
I have one more important problem.. I want to install CamScanner to my Mi3 phone, however, an error pops up like this: "You don`t have any devices Offers in-app purchases".
I tried to find the google play store in "Market" but could not find it. kindly help please.

3- Press the setting Icon on the top right of the screen.
4- Choice your Data Usage.
Important: you will be recharged from your cellular network, only recommended if you have a huge Internet bundle from your provider, other than that stuck with the wifi connection.
i consume 10GB every month from the mobile network
but that's okay since am using from bundle :).

Have 1 problem though. Small apps(less than 0.5MB), no problem downloading. But for bigger apps, I can only perform tru wifi... any idea?
