Sujay, 18 Mar 2015Hey don't give wrong information to others, Mi3 heat too mu... morei think u live on warm place thats why your phone heat easily. .. first of all i m not lover of xiaomi mi3 or chinese brand. i just tell only that things which i feel. my phone also get warmed but not too much while calling... after reading your comment i test my phone. .. for this i called my frnd before calling my phone temp. was 29.30 degree and after 1 hour calling temp rises only 33.74 degree which is normal

Had mines for 8 months (July 19, 2014) and it might just be the best smartphone I ever owned. Superior to the HTC One M7 I owned before.
Dislikes -
No expandable storage
No removable battery
Sound speaker can be low
Screen is too warm
MIUI v6 got buggy for me
Likes -
Battery life can range from 5 hr - 10 hr SOT
Fast and smooth with low RAM usage using a ROM
MIUI was great but on a custom stock 4.4.4 AOSP now
MIUI community supports flashing ROMS
Better phone and value than Nexus 5
HDR mode is good
When I was on MIUI5, it was buggy and I had to reboot it almost every day to clear the RAM. Then on MIUI6, the touch response got too sensitive which messed up my typing. Now on a custom stock ROM, those issues went away. Fast, fluid, maintain the same good battery life, and 99% bug-free. MIUI can be cool with customization but troublesome. Stock Android is boring but I prefer better performance in most cases over design.

Hi, Kindly clear my doubt
I did'nt login with Mi cloud ( didnt back up also ) but i installed some of Mi themes , so Mi account has been created automatically.
is my personal data will be shared with Chinese servers?

After update to 6.3.9
Camera is so bad
Upgraded to6.3.10
Again camera is so bad like 8mpixl

Its been 6 months that i bought xiomi mi3 my dailer tone has gone mute...when i dail a number..iam able to hear it only with the help of loud speaker...ear phones r also not working on my phone..can u please fix the problem

If you enable backup to Xiaomi Cloud, of course data will be sent. Disable all backup to Xiaomi Cloud and NOTHING will be sent. Or you can choose wich items to backup to China servers.

i had a video on my MI3 phone which was perfectly playing since i bought this phone. since last 2 days i m not able to play this video at all. its showing...something went wrong. an unknown error occured. the same video i played on laptop and its perfectly playing. so i tried to play other videos , movies on mi3 phone. and they are playing well. only this video has a problem when played on mi3 and that too only now. can someone help me to play this video on mi3....

No international warranty, kills online buying. Cost of repair too high to send back to China. Local Xiaomi Service centre refused to repair as phone not bought through them

The worst phone in the world....Touch, display and motherboard stopped working in a span of 6 months and the cost is the same as replacing a new phone...new buy Chinese items, they are all not worth

Srini, 21 Feb 2015I purchased Xiomi Redmi 1S in Nov 2014 in India . The item ... moreYes, same problem with me. I am from delhi and have purchased Redme 1s on 16 Dec. In 1st week of FEB 2015 the phone stop working and I submitted to Lajpat Nagar Service center, they told that h/w will be repaired and it will take 15 days. Its now more than 1 month and did not get my phone yet. I have chased Service center as well as MI Customer care more than 100 times but none of them give any positive response. I have also filed a complaint in consumer court against this poor quality product.
I would also suggest to my friend, please do not waste your money for this poor Chinese product.
